Updated Sept. 26, 2019
On Sept. 1, 2019, current EVV reports available in the EVV vendor system will be updated to provide more reporting functions
for HHSC, MCOs, and program providers. The report name, function, and access location will be updated and are listed in the
table below. The table also includes new EVV reports and search functions available in the EVV vendor system and EVV Portal
beginning Sept. 1, 2019.
Note: Reports that existed prior to Sept. 1, 2019 were located in the EVV vendor system.

monthly totals of
service units
delivered for a
specific Medicaid ID

this report to review
the hours from the
EVV Visit Log in a
calendar format that
displays the daily,
weekly, and
monthly hours from
the EVV Visit Log.

“Accepted Visit
Search” tab
• The “Accepted Visit Search” tab is a search tool that displays the
current accepted EVV visit transactions within a specific date
range.
• Program providers should use this search tool to confirm that an
EVV visit transaction has been accepted by the EVV Aggregator
before submitting the associated EVV claim to TMHP, CARE, or
CMBHS for EVV claims matching.

Visit Search” tab
The “History/Rejected Visit Search” tab is a search tool that displays
all changes made to an EVV visit transaction performed through visit
maintenance in the EVV vendor system, including rejected EVV visit

EVV Vendor System Ad-Hoc Reports
The EVV vendor must provide ad-hoc reporting of any data available in the EVV vendor system at no
additional cost to the program provider, HHSC, MCOs, or CDS employer.
Ad-hoc reports:
• Are considered EVV non-standard reports.
• Cannot be used for contract oversight monitoring.
