1. ACCESS TO THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE PORTAL

To access the portal, type the following URL into your usual browser:

https://enagas.signes30.com/signesPro

The following portal will appear with the sign-in form.

1.1. PORTAL ACCESS After accessing the portal and connecting to it, an access panel will

appear. Enter your username and password. If there is a problem with your username or password, get in touch with the User Support Service (CAU).





Once you have entered your username and password, click LOGIN.

There are two boxes you may tick. The first will keep you logged in on a computer, meaning you will not need to re-enter your credentials (this is only secure if the computer is for personal use and no third parties have access). The second box will let you see your password and ensure it has been typed in correctly.




2. START WINDOW Once you arrive at the home page, you will see the start menu. This is

divided into several elements, as explained below.

1. The first menu provides the option to return to the pending documents home page.

2. This is a summary of your processes: waiting for signature, rejected, accepted or in progress.

3. A box provides the details of processes waiting for signature and more information or metadata about the same.

2.1. NAVIGATION BAR

This lets you return to the home page to view documents, manage documents (free, own, shared or rejected), view history, make adjustments, view available applications or verify documents.

To the right is a menu displaying notifications and emails to the user. Clicking on your username will open a drop-down menu that will allow you to sign out.




2.2. DOCUMENT SUMMARY

A summary table shows the number of documents waiting for signature, rejected, accepted, and in progress. Clicking on any of these will change the filter of the detail table below.

Pending documents: Documents that are waiting to be signed by a user from your company.

Rejected documents: Documents that have been rejected by your company for any reason.

Accepted documents: All documents that have been accepted by your company, including those that have completed the finalisation stage of the process, with the signature of all parties involved.

Documents in progress: All documents that have not completed the signature process and are in progress.




2.3. DETAIL TABLES

There is a detailed table of all the documents being processed, be they

rejected or accepted. They can be searched by any of the topics shown.




3. PASSWORD CHANGE In order to change your password, click "Recover password" at the bottom

of the screen to access the portal.

The following screen will appear. Type in the email address you used to register with the platform (username) and click "Send email":




If the email address you entered is valid and you are registered on the platform, you will receive instructions on how to change your password:

Click the link to create a new password:




Once the new password has been created, click “Restore”; if everything

is in order, the following window will open automatically.

4. SIGNATURE PROCESS If you click a document waiting to be signed in the detail table.

A window like this will appear:

As noted above, you will need to have the following authorised software

installed on your computer before you can sign the document: .NET Framework 4.0 and, depending on the browser, the necessary plug-in for the signature. (ALL LISTED IN APPENDIX I)

Sometimes, if the application is updating, the following window will appear. Click “RUN”:

Click “sign” and the following window will appear:

This is where the window must appear in order to select the required signature.

Use the drop-down list to select the signature you want to use to sign

the document.

If the plug-ins and access to the signature process have been properly installed, the window that indicates that the process has worked correctly should appear.

If the process cannot be completed, or if it produces an error, please refer

to Appendix I.

APPENDIX I. PLUGIN INSTALLATION GUIDE FOR SIGNING PROCESS IN CHROME OR FIREFOX

1. MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS For ease of use, the application has been optimised for the most common browsers installed on

users’ workstations, including Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer 11.

This user guide will focus on Google Chrome and specify the minimum requirements necessary to ensure its proper operation.

Processor/Memory:

- Computer with 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor

- 1 GB of RAM.

Operating System:

- Windows 7 or higher

Screen:

- Super VGA (800*600) or higher-resolution monitor

Browser:

- Google Chrome version 48.0 or higher

Additional Requirements:

- Internet connection

2. TASKS TO BE PERFORMED BEFORE OPENING THE APPLICATION.

THESE TASKS ONLY HAVE TO BE PERFORMED THE FIRST TIME, AS THE .NET FRAMEWORK 4.0 TOOL MUST BE INSTALLED BEFORE INSTALLATION. ON MOST CURRENT COMPUTERS, THESE TOOLS ARE PRE-INSTALLED AND DO NOT NEED TO BE INSTALLED AGAIN.

STEP 2: DOWNLOAD THE PLUGIN

Click this button:

The following window will appear:

Add “Meta4 ClickOnce Launcher?”. Click "Add Extension".

Depending on your browser settings, you may be asked if you want to save the file. It is safe to download.

The installation file will then be downloaded to your computer:

STEP 3: INSTALL THE PLUGIN.

Next, a plugin called m4clickoncehelper.exe will appear. Install it by clicking “Open” or clicking directly on it.

Click "Run" to run the installer:

3. ACCESSING THE APPLICATION.

STEP 1: USERNAME AND PASSWORD.


To access the platform, simply type this web address into the browser and enter the user name and password provided to you.

STEP 2: SELECT THE DOCUMENT TO SIGN.

4. MOST COMMON PROBLEMS.

When you click "Save file", the following window will appear to let you save the application on your PC. Select the location you want to save the file to and click "Save".

APPENDIX II. INSTALLATION OF THE .NET FRAMEWORK 4.0

Let’s start by answering a few basic questions.

What is the .NET Framework 4.0?

The .NET Framework, also called DOTNET, is a package of directories or files installed on Windows that many applications require in order to work.

Are there versions installed on Windows?

For informational purposes, we will list the versions of the .Net Framework included with each version of Windows.
