Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) What you need to know about EFT:

• To access the EFT tool, you’ll need an EFT administrator role with OneHealthPort.

• Enrollment is by tax ID number (TIN). Everyone associated with the TIN receives EFT. Only one bank account number is allowed for each TIN. If you have more than one bank account associated with your TIN, EFT may not work for you.

• You’ll no longer receive paper vouchers once you enroll; you’ll simply download your EOPs. (Note: Federal Employee Program (FEP) will continue to provide paper EOPs.)

• You’ll receive direct deposit for all Premera, Premera Medicare Advantage, Premera affiliate, and Federal Employee Program (FEP) payments. (Note: Shared Administration isn’t supported by EFT. Also, FEP payments are tied to National Provider ID (NPI). If you have more than one account for your NPI, EFT may not work for you).

• Deposits are available four days after the payment cycle. Payment cycles occur every Saturday and the last day of the month.

• To change your bank account, you’ll need to cancel your enrollment and re-enroll with your new account.
