We attack any engineering problem whose solution will enhance someone's quality of

life, improve the efficiency of a useful electromechanical process, or minimize the

negative environmental impact associated with electromechanical energy conversion.

We are concerned with the design, development, monitoring, and maintenance

processes for all kinds of energy consuming or energy generating systems with

electrical actuators, sensors, or power electronic drives.

Our craft:

• High performance analog, digital, and power electronic circuit design.

• Analysis, design, and control of electromechanical systems.

• Inductive power transfer

• Power system monitoring

• Software and firmware development for control and monitoring

• Servomechanisms

• Design, construction and test of hybrid energy systems (fuel cells, batteries,

other advanced storage technologies)

• Research in first-class education and hands-on learning K – death.
