a fault with the DIPLOMAT WORLD TRAVEL ADAPTER ITEM NO. TDA02
Product Issue:Up to 2000 of the white Diplomat brand TDA02 World Travel Adapter (consisting of 3 separate components) have been distributed through Target stores since the 20th September 2008. Although the product is designed for use when travelling overseas, there are safety concerns if the product was used in Australia.
What to do:If you have purchased this adapter, return it to your nearest Target Store for a full refund.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU USE OR CONTINUE TO USE THIS PRODUCT.

Safety Issue:1) The plugs intended for use in the USA can be rotated to fit into an Australian socket. These plugs are not insulated and create a potential electrical safety hazard. An electric shock, death or property damage may result.
2) It is possible to connect two of the components together and insert them into a live socket with a live pin overhanging. An electric shock, death or property damage may result.
