So that Tias can win

IOver the years we have taken significant steps to improve infrastructure and services of this municipality. Not surprisingly, Tias has been a reference in the rest of the municipalities of Lanzarote. Our commitment to integration, youth, sport, culture and welfare of the residents remains stronger than ever. As a political party our main raison is social project, even more if possible in these times of economic hardship.

Now, we return to present a program full of proposals and challenges. We re-turn to the best response to the needs of the community. The main objective is to modernize all tourist zones and municipal services. We must also optimi-ze public services with effective cost control and devote special attention to the most needed families.

With the measures that we included in our program, all closely scrutinized. We guarantee a government able to tackle these difficult times with reliabi-lity and solidarity. The renewal of Puerto Del Carmen, electronic administra-tion e-Government, Citizen Card, the implant of wifi in all public spaces, up-grading and expansion of public transport will be a reality in this county over the next four years.

A future that is at your hands and we begin to build together from 22nd of May. We are already prepared, it depends on you.

1. EmPloYmEnt and Economic dEVEloPmEnt

� Development of a PLAN OF EMPLOYMENT AND ECONOMIC DEVELOP-MENT COUNCIL.

� Establishment of the DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

� Enhance the achievement of agreements with different local agents with a commitment to use the municipal employment and contracting for the pro-cessing of jobs.

� Foster collaboration with businesses - universities to recruit a trainee or fellow recent graduates of the county, facilitating their integration into the la-bor market.

� Creating a business incubator aimed at new sources of employment to diversify the economy in the municipality and will only accommodate new entrepreneurs.

� Promoting micro meetings to seek associations.

� Establish of a training program for self-employment in collaboration with other public and private institutions

� Revitalization of the Avenida de Las Playas and tourist area, with annual work program.

� Urgently require a new revision of the Securities PAPER Catrasto in order to adapt them to current economic and social situation.

� Continue to improve and advance fiscal and cadastral payment methods telematic , with the creation of the Web: LOCAL TAXES.
