a. Disconnect the battery from the PCOS machine;b. Disconnect the battery cable from the battery;c. Disconnect the power adaptor of the PCOS machine from the electrical outlet;d. Disconnect the power adaptor from the PCOS machine;

f. Open the POLL WORKER slot and remove the MAIN MEMORY card and place inside the envelope;g. Place the PCOS iButton inside the printer compartment of the PCOS, cover the printer and seal with plastic security seal;h. Retain the Backup Memory card at the Administrator slot and remain it locked;i. Place the battery and its peripherals inside the

battery box;j. Turn-over the box containing the PCOS and its

peripherals to the logistics provider.
