• 8 Operational Programme documents endorsed
• 17 Calls for Proposals launched
• Submitted and assessed over 2000 project proposals with partners from Serbia
• More than 300 projects from IPA Component II are in the process of implementation. Additional 100 subsidy contracts are expected to be signed in the near future

RAISING CAPACITIES
• Local offices – skillful personnel
• Cooperation between all relevant stakeholders (e.g. Line Ministries, RDAs, NGOs, Local Authorities, Educational institutions, Regional Chambers of Commerce…)
• Improvement and strengthening of cooperation with institutions from neighbouring/partner countries, both on central and local level
• Over 100 Workshops on preparation of project proposals/Info days/Partner search forums organised
• Over 50 Implementing workshops organised
• Conference on results and achievements every 2 years

RECOMMENDATIONS
• Visibility of Cross-Border and Transnational Programmes should be increased on all levels
• Harmonization and simplifications of Programmes implementation rules and procedures (“learning by doing approach”)
• Increase of funds available for Programmes (more balanced distribution of funds for Programmes with MS and non-MS)
