Manhasset’s most threatening man, Manzinno, was expected to make 20 points with ease, but J enkin’s vigilant work kept him in check. The others of our team worked hard on the de- fense but seemed to fall short in of- fense. On the other hand Manhas- set’s work under the basket was very well done. As an added feature to the game, - “Seeds” Mallon had the idea of bring- ing over a fife and drum corps to drown out Manhasset’s corps. The idea worked.
