Presenter Name/sIf proposing to deliver a group presentation you must list all presenters and nominate a lead presenter. NB1 in 2018 group presentations are limited to 4 presenters in total. It is the responsibility of the lead presenter to advise the conference organisers of any changes to their application information including presenter details, long and short abstract descriptors, title of presentation etc. Only changes from lead presenters will be accepted. Changes to application information will not be accepted after your lead presenter has formally accepted the offer of a place on the program unless it is completely unavoidable e.g. presenter has to withdraw from the Conference.

Presenter registration and paymentTo cover event costs it is a requirement that ALL presenters that are offered a place on the program (except the nominated lead presenter) pay an individual or group registration fee for each day of attendance.

Group registration and paymentIf you are presenting as a group then all presenters (except your lead presenter) will be required to register their attendance via the Conference website and pay their Conference registration fee prior to the close of Conference ‘early bird’ registrations i.e. 27 April, 2018. NB the 2018 Conference website is not currently available for registrations and payments. Successful applicants will be further advised as to when online registrations open, the applicable registration fees and the process for registration and payment.

NB2 To qualify for the Conference ‘early bird group’ registration discount you will need register four people. For the purposes of qualifying for this discount you may include your lead presenter (complimentary registration) and add non-presenters to make up the ‘four’ e.g. a presentation delivered by two people would receive one complimentary registration (for the lead presenter). In order to qualify for the group discount the group would need to pay (per day) for the other presenter and two other non-presenters.

Please note: all prices include GST lead presenters receive a complimentary registration ONLY for the day on which they are

presenting i.e. if the lead presenter wishes to attend the conference on the day on which they are not presenting then they need to pay for that day.

Presenter biography information for inclusion in conference communications such as the program (online and print). You must provide biographical information for all presenters in your group otherwise your application cannot be processed. As this information will be used in the conference program and other marketing material please write in the 3rd person, use complete sentences, do not use dot points and please ensure you check spelling, grammar, punctuation etc. Changes to information will not be accepted after your lead presenter has formally accepted a place on the Conference Program.
