Founded in 1979 as a sole proprietorship, Heights Venture Architects established itself as a commercial-retail/grocery industry specialist and steadily expanded its range of services and clientele. In 1999 the firm evolved into a Limited Liability Partnership under the leadership of four partners who continue to lead the firm today as Heights Venture. Heights Venture’s portfolio represents a broad spectrum of successful projects in-cluding commercial retail centers, food store projects, restaurants, fitness centers, banks, office buildings, warehouse complex-es, charter schools and upscale residential design. The firm’s success, best illustrated by our repeat client base, reflects our com-mitment to quality design, client respon-siveness, attention to detail, and suitability of construction methodology.
