Facilities Hire

Overview EKGTA has a range of Training Suites, Meeting Rooms and Training Equipment available for hire.

Many of our rooms are fitted with "smartboard" technology and Multi-Media projectors, which are included in the hire price. For rooms not fitted with this technology, a Multi-Media projector, screen and flip chart will be provided.

The Board Room If you want to impress your client this is the room for you. This room is ideal for executive meetings and small training events. Situated in our new training and office complex, this room is equipped with a state of the art audio/visual system. It benefits from plush furnishings, sympathetic lighting and complete privacy. The Board Room is available P.O.A. Capacity: Up to 16 people Availability: All year round (on application)




Arrochar Conference Room The Arrochar conference room is the largest room available at EKGTA. It is ideal for large presentations and training events and the room can be laid out to suit your requirements from theatre style to cabaret style. Situated in our new training and office complex, this room is state of the art with air conditioning, flexible lighting and fully integrated audio/visual system. The Arrochar Conference Room is available at a rate of £595 per day / £300 per half day (plus VAT). Capacity: Up to 140 people Availability: All year round

Ardbeg Meeting Room The Ardbeg meeting room is a small modern area. It is ideal for intimate meetings, presentations and training events. Situated in our new training and office complex, this room is equipped with a state of the art "smartboard" audio/visual system. The Ardbeg Meeting Room is available at a rate of £180 per day / £90 per half day (plus VAT). Capacity: Up to 10 people Availability: All year round




Ardpatrick Meeting Room The Ardpatrick meeting room is a small modern area. It is ideal for intimate eetings, presentations and training events. Situated in our new training and office complex, this room is available for contract hire. The Ardpatrick Meeting Room is available at a rate of £100 per day / £50 per half day (plus VAT). Capacity: Up to 8 people Availability: All year round

Ardlui IT Suite The Ardlui IT Suite is a medium sided room. It is ideal for presentations and IT training events. Situated in our new training and office complex, this room is equipped with a state of the art "smartboard" audio/visual system. Laptops can be made available at additional cost. The Ardlui IT Suite is available at a rate of £210 per day / £105 per half day (plus VAT). Capacity: Up to 18 people Availability: All year round




Ardersier Conference Room The Ardersier Conference Room can hold approximately 70 people theatre style for a lecture/presentation, with up to 45 people in syndicate style or 40 round the table. Situated on the first floor of the East Kilbride Training Centre, the Conference Room is a modern facility, which includes all equipment required for training and presentation purposes. It has the capacity for refreshment, breakout area at the rear. The Ardersier Conference Room is available from June – August at a rate of £400 per day / £200 per half day (plus VAT). Capacity: Up to 70 people Availability: June - August

Arisaig Training Suite The Arisaig Training Suite is designed with training courses and team meetings in mind. This area has the capacity for up to 20 people. Situated on the ground floor of the Training Centre, this modern facility includes all the equipment required for training and presentation purposes. It also has syndicate group/breakout areas, and a refreshment area at the rear. The Arisaig Suite is available from June – August at a rate of £300 per day / £150 per half day (plus VAT). Capacity: Up to 20 people Availability: June - August




Arran Meeting Room The Arran Meeting Room is on the ground floor of the Training Centre and is well equipped for meetings, seminars and training for smaller groups. This room has the capacity for 12 people The Arran Room is available at a rate of £200 per day / £100 per half day (plus VAT). Capacity: Up to 12 people Availability: June - August

Workshop Facilities Hire of areas within the workshop can be arranged for clients, and a basic daily charge will be agreed subject to the scale of the hire. The workshop has the following sections: Conventional and Manual Machining, Fitting & Fabrication, Welding, Electrical and Maintenance. Each section has the capacity for 14 trainees. (P.O.A)

All room hire comes with complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. Additional catering facilities including buffet lunch etc (at additional cost) can also be arranged to meet your requirements. The use of the following equipment can also be arranged at a modest additional charge: SVGA Computer Graphics Projectors, Use of computing facilities (e.g. PCs), Slide projectors, And additional Flip Charts.
