Priority 1: Raise the profile of Junior Branch - Give juniors a forum to share stories with the wider JB community- Raise the profile of Junior Branch within CISV on all scales- Raise the profile of Junior Branch, and CISV, within the NGO community

- Raise the profile of EJB on a local level

Priority 2: Focus on the local level - Promote the idea that the local level is the heart of JB and the work of EJB

- Focus on the need of local JBs when running workshops or projects- Work closely with newly established JBs/PAs- Maintain constant communication with JBs- Make sure that all JBers understand the role of EJB Team- Encourage and facilitate the sharing of best practices between JBs

Priority 3: Build and maintain community on all levels of Junior Branch- Facilitate the construction of community throughout the region - Support international projects such as neighbourhood weekends - Share EJBs work with the wider CISV community- Ensure that EJB is an active part of IJB

Priority 4: Develop educational content - Help juniors to understand the importance of educational content- Enable juniors to define their own and communities needs and address them accordingly- Increase the educational content of JB activities- Highlight the importance of the educational content of CISV especially in JB
