PRICING All prices listed are wholesale. MSRP is wholesale x2.
CUSTOM DESIGNS If you would like a variation of a current design or have something completely different in mind let’s chat! Just call or email Lindsey.
PAYMENT Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Company Check. A Credit card is needed for all orders placed and will be charged upon shipping unless paying by check. Checks must be received before items are shipped.
SHIPPING All product is shipped USPS Priority Mail with insurance unless otherwise agreed. Shipping is added to product invoice. We are not responsible for shipping fees for returned items.
DAMAGES & DEFECTS Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. Contact [email protected] within 5 days of receiving damaged or defective shipments. If your shipment is damaged please keep all packaging material and do not use the product so that we can document the issue with the carrier.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged except in instances of defective or damaged merchandise. Please call Lindsey to obtain a Return Authorization number.
ORDER FULFILLMENT Wholesale orders will be shipped within 4 – 6 weeks of ordering. If you need a rush order we’ll do our very best to meet your needs – let’s talk! Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to the order shipping date.
