Introduction

Eid is a festival of joy for Muslims around the world. Unfortunately, some of the less-privileged children often feel left out and unhappy on Eid. They are not blessed with new clothes and food like everybody else.

Radio1 FM91 aims to bring smiles to these children’s faces through the help of The Citizen’s Foundation (TCF). The aim is to collect food and clothing items and to provide it to the deserving and spread happiness on Eid.

Food Items

The idea is to collect such food items that the minors would be happy to consume. The list of food items being collected include:› Juices› Chips› Biscuits› Sweets/Chocolates

Clothes

All of the following clothing items are being collected:› Shirts/T-Shirts› Jeans› Dress Pants› Shalwar Kameez/ Kurtas › Bangles (for girls)

Delivery After all the afore-mentioned

items are collected, Radio1 FM91 is going to pack them into hampers for each child.

With the help of TCF, we are going to approach these less-privileged children. Representatives from Radio1 FM91 are personally going to hand out these hampers of joy to these minors.

A henna designer will accompany the representatives when they visit these children to bring a feel for Eid.

Radio Promotion

The campaign would be promoted through every radio show that is being aired on Radio1 FM91.

The campaign would be promoted through promos and RJ endorsements. Every RJ will partake in this regard.
