Instructions:
Melt the butter.
Whisk together eggs, sugar, salt, orange zest, half of the milk and liquid food colour.
Whisk in the butter along with vanilla seeds and flour.
Add milk until you have a smooth batter. Leave it to rest in the refrigera-tor if you have the time.
Cook the pancakes for a few minutes on each side on a non-stick pan.
Serve with vanilla ice cream. If you wish, you can decorate with fresh berries or fruit.

25 g butter3 eggs1 tbsp sugarA pinch of salt Grated zest of 1 orange
200 ml milkLiquid food colour Seeds of ½ vanilla pod75 g plain flourVanilla ice cream
