Identify areas of improvement – Our Engineering Consultants will discuss recommendations with proprietorsand managers based on this assessment. Based on agreed recommendations the factory will be supported informing implementation teams as part of the ‘Action Plan’ which will specify targets, measurables and ways toevaluate progress made. The Engineers will also present recommendations as an ‘Energy Report’ for improvingthe efficiency of operations, in the form of a high-quality energy audit report including energy used and potentialcost savings, rates of return and pay-back period on equipment financing. We will also assist the proprietors andmanagers to select and implement appropriate improvements and investments. The plant and equipment andprocesses audited include:-
