The main activity of company BRANDSMILE focuses on supply chain management in manufacturing garments (Supply Chain Management) for leading European brands. Over the past three years the company focused its efforts primarily to offer its customers a range of products and services covering the entire supply chain in the production of clothing and so much to satisfy their needs. The company provides its customers with very competitive price, European quality, saves them time and effort, mainly because their capacity for fast response in the "last moment", which sometimes is vital because of the nature of the fashion business. BRANDSMILE works mainly with clients and suppliers of materials from the European Union. The company is a preferred partner by Bulgarian suppliers of labor and materials because of flexible and rapid response within the country professional conduct and communication and business relationships. The company's team consists of managers, employees and highly skilled technical specialists in the manufacture of garments, which are key to the success of the company. The main activities of the company managing the supply chain in the production of clothing are: • Design and construction of clothing, Drafting Technology, Production of "Prototypes". By customer, BRANDSMILE

perform all development, which includes designing of patterns, and offering a choice of suitable materials, preparation of technical descriptions of models for future production; grading models with special software, design and print markers (capacity) for performing the cutting of the fabric in production..

• Demand and Supply of materials – Brandsmile organize the entire process of searching, finding the optimal, ordering, purchasing and logistics of all necessary materials for clothing.

• Logistics and Transport – Brandsmile plan and organize transport of all materials necessary for manufacture of clothing from anywhere in Europe. The company has its own vehicles.

• Financing of all materials and workmanship of the garments. For this purpose we use, different banking, factoring and insurance financial capacity.

• Quality control of finished products. Provides at least two levels - intermediate control during production and final quality control before shipment.

• Sewing of clothing. Production of ready made garments - full product.

Implementation of ISO9001: 2008 and related investments in assets will significantly improve the organization between departments of the company. Will create real and reliable mechanisms for effective monitoring and better management of organizational processes. In the optimal allocation of work assignments will increase capacity and efficiency of the managerial and executive staff of the company leading to increased overall productivity by 20% to 25%. With the increase in labor productivity will reduce turnaround time offered by the company's products and services, and this is a critical factor in attracting and retaining new customers in our industry. Will shorten the entire cycle in the supply chain for the production of garments from 10% to 20% depending on the different services. Integration of ISO 9001:2008 and investment in modern equipment will require new levels of quality of products manufactured by BRANDSMILE. Control of materials with new procedures and equipment will reduce wastage materials up to 15% will be reduced to 20% stocks, will be reduced to 15% of operating costs and will receive 10% reduction in the cost of service customers. In the presence of ISO 9001:2008 certificate will increase customer confidence in the company. Main activities of project implementation

Activity 1 Management, monitoring, reporting and internal evaluation of the project The team for management and monitoring of the project is the initial phase of the project to a successful implementation and effective control in the execution of activities. The team will discuss and agree mechanisms for internal monitoring, evaluation and reporting on the performance of investment activities, achievement of the project goals and optimize the human and material resources, effective coordination and communication with subcontractors to ensure transparency in project management. One of the main functions of the team is conducting training and selection of contractors, the signing of contracts, coordination of implementation and management services related to those activities document, payments, communicate with suppliers and managing authority, reporting and visualization of the project. Management methodology provides regular team meetings, during which will be made clear division of labor, discuss issues, reporting of results and quality assessment. During the meetings will have the opportunity to review and revise the action plan. In addition to regular team meetings as a means of communication will be used: telephone calls and e-mail. Methods of internal monitoring include: Monitoring of compliance with deadlines for completion of each stage of project implementation and achievement of the objectives and targets of the project; check for correctness, validity and reliability of the information provided in reports of team members information and level of implementation of tasks; regular reporting of results; timely identification of potential problems and difficulties in project implementation and preparation of proposals, recommendations and corrective action where necessary; control over resources used to achieve the intended results recognize the contribution of individual units involved in fulfilling the objectives of the project; proper documentation of the activities of the project, which upon request will be available at national and European supervisors; control over the admissibility and relevance of the project costs; follow the principles of good financial management; inspection and control over implementation of the requirements for publicity and information; verification of technical and financial reporting project.

Main activities of project implementation

Activity 2 Selection of contractors The selection of contractors for delivery of all services and assets will be made under Decree 55/12.03.2007 on conditions and procedure for selection of contractor by beneficiaries of agreed grant from the Structural Funds of the European Union Program of the Union and the Financial mechanism of the European economic Area which, according to the Guidelines for Applicants are mandatory, regardless of size and intensity of the agreed grant. According to Art. 12, para. 2 of Decree № 55/12.03.2007, in order to respect the principles of sound financial management and, depending on required for the project activities, the selection of suppliers of services and assets that are equal or less than 30,000 lev, will be performed by collecting three offers. In the election will be the conditions for free and fair competition, equality and discrimination, ethics of the profession, as well as complete visibility and transparency. Costs that will make the candidate in this proposal are necessary for the implementation of the project and will comply with the principles of sound financial management - economy, efficiency and effectiveness of money.

Activity 3 Development and implementation of QMS in accordance with international standard ISO 9001:2008 This project proposal covers consulting services for developing and implementing a system of quality management in accordance with international standard ISO 9001:2008. It is recognized as a global model for developing and implementing an effective management system (QMS) in organizations, regardless of their activity. Standard is a set of requirements governing rules that govern the organization in light quality. The QMS is designed to ensure customer satisfaction with the quality of their goods and services and creating stability and mutual trust in relations between supplier and customer. Development and implementation of QMS will go through the following milestones : Stage 1: Analysis Stage 2: Preparing for the development and implementation of QMS Stage 3: Design and development of the QMS Stage 4: Implementation of QMS in "BRANDSMILE" Stage 5: Measurement, analysis and correction of the QMS ЕтFlat 6: Preparing for the certification of the management system for quality management in the organization in accordance with ISO 9001

Activity 6 Visualization and audit of the project In connection with the implementation of project activities "BRANDSMILE" Ltd will take steps to information and publicity of the investment. The measures described below will comply with requirements to provide information and publicity for projects financed by the Community, published in Art. 8 of Commission Regulation № 1828/2006 and Annex I thereto. This will inform the public about the financial contribution of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) through the Operational Programme "Competitiveness of Bulgarian Economy" 2007-2013 - Placing a Permanent explanatory plaque on the company's building in the place of execution of the project - Ruse. - Placing stickers on the machines and technological equipment purchased with funds from EU. - Preparation of separate information for the sub-project web site Brandsmile Bulgarian and English.
