ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
Mr. Mohd Fadzil bin Harun MBA (UUM), Certified
Trainer – HRDF, Lean Expert
Mr. Mohd Fadzil bin Harun speciality is in Warehousing,
Logistics, Supply Chain and Lean implementation with more
than 20 years working experience attached to USA, UK,
Japan, Switzerland and local conlomerates. He earned his
Master of Business Administration from Universiti Utara
Malaysia and currently completing his research in Lean
Warehousing in Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI).
Mr Fadzil is a Certified Trainer under HRDF, Certified ISO
Lead Assessor, and Certified academic facilitator (with
teaching permit issued by Ministry of Education). He had
involved in various plant-wide quality system implementation
such as TS16949, ISO9000 and EMS. He is an expert in lean
tools implementation such as Mudatori, Mieruka, Asaichi and
Value Stream Mapping (Makigami).

Dr. Zahari Abu Bakar is a senior lecturer in a
private university, specializing in Operations Management,
Project Management, and Information Technology. With 20+
years of working experience in various industries such as
airlines and education, He has hands-on experience in the
implementation of numerous projects, and currently
developing new post-graduate programmes in Project
Management which blends the academic knowledge and
industry best practices such as the Project Management
Institute’s Body of Knowledge (PMBoK).
