NON-VECTOR art files will be charged a flat rate of $25 each. A non-vector, or raster image, requires extra time for our production artists to prepare for production. Raster artwork is typically in the following file formats: JPG, BMP, PNG, GIF, TIFF. If you are unsure, submit your artwork for a free custom quote: howardct.com/request-a-quote.

DIGITAL PROOF $5Upon request, our artists will provide a digital emailed proof before your order enters production. Additional revisions and proofs will also be $5.

RUSH $25If you have missed the 12pm CT cut-off for FREE Same Day Service and still need your orders shipped same day, a $25/color charge will apply. Rush service may be limited on high-production days. Our sales team reserves the right to refuse rush orders for this reason. Rush service is only available on plastisol transfer products.

TYPE SETTING $.20Vector and template orders with more than 15 words will carry a $.20 charge per additional word. To avoid this charge, you can type your list as you would like it to appear (ex: John Doe) in list form. Microsoft Word documents preferred.

CHANGE $5If you make changes to your artwork after the films have been sent into production, there will be a $5 charge per color/screen.

CANCELATION $15All canceled orders will be charged a fee of $15. If you cancel after the screens have been exposed, there will be an additional fee of $15/screen.

PATTERN SEARCH $5If you need your sales team member to search for a past order number or pattern number, there will be a $5 fee/order.

COLOR MATCHING $20Pantone® color matching is available for a one time fee of $20/color. We will stock your custom color on our shelves and you can re-order in the future at no additional charge. Color matching will add two business days to standard turnaround times. Only available for Howard Multi-Purpose, Evergreen, Endure, Howard Hot Peel, and Ultra Stretch.

COLOR WASH $10/20Plastisol transfers incur a color wash charge of $10/screen. Specialty transfers and Mega Gang orders incur a color wash charge of $20/screen. Oversize Plus+ requires a 24 sheet minimum per color wash. Mega Gang requires a 25 sheet minimum per color wash.
