尿素処理稲わらの利用における糖蜜の効果

摘 要
尿素処理稲わらを成すう家畜の飼料として用いる際 の糖蜜の添加効果を換言オした。
尿素処理(4%)した稲わらに対して4水準(n,
∧2,4,6脚の糖蜜を添加し.8豆如り羊を用い,令
2期の乱塊法で消化試験を行っ、た。乾物摂取量は,糖
蜜司%添加区で最も高い値(638g/djを示Lた。
乾物,有機物,租蛋白質,鮒1ニデクージ」Lント繊維,
セルロース消化率には.汽添加区間に有意な叢が見ら
れなかった。ルーメン内pHは,添加水準のL昇に従
って低下する傾向右ホLl総VFA頻度は遁に上昇L
た。これは,糖蜜がル【メン内微生物の栄養療として
育効に利用きれたことを示したゥルーメン句Ⅸ上18
Nは,糖蜜2′%添加ー又と鋸独添加悌において高い檎を
示したが,有意差はなかった。血小媒素懐零素濃度は,
各添加区に低川塵をホし,4%の尿素処理が家畜の生
理上安全に利用で蓋ることが確認された。尊慮山納
