Direct impact of smoking is a cause from nicotine contained. Nicotineignites contraction on blood vena, so that the blood flow to fetus through placentawillbedecreased,anditconsequencestocapabilityreductiontonutritiondistribution the fetus need. Furthermore, impact of carbon monocside contained incigarettewillarisetheriskbabybirthwithlowerweight,lessthan2500grams.Freeradical willdestructthreemajorcomponentsofbody;lipid,proteinandDNA.Thisresearchhaspurposetoprovecigarettesmoketowardweightofmaternal rat, number of fetus, born fetus and live observation macroscopicallyTheresearchisexperimentallaboratorywithposttestonlycontrolgroupdesign.Examinedvariablesareweightofmaternal rat,numberoffetus,fetusweight and live observation macroscopically. This research uses 24 female whiteexperimentalmouse(RattusNorvegicus)whichconsistsof4groups;1controlgroupand 3groupsofactionbasedondifferencecigarettesmokegivingby1,2and3barscigarettesinadaywhichisgiveneverydayatthesametimefor15days.Theresultwas analyzedbyusingOnewayANOVAmethodand continuedwith Multiple Comparison Test Bonferroni style.Theresultofresearchshowedthatdifferencesinthedoseofcigarette,smokeshowed anaverageweightgainofpregnantratsbetweenthecontrolwithalltreatmentsshowedsignificantdifferent(p
