BUDGET-SCHEDULE STATISTICS

June 13, 2008

This data has been developed to illustrate that Global has performed its services in coordination and cooperation with the Project Design Team to the satisfaction of the Owner.

APPLETON TENNIS CENTER Boise State University Boise, Idaho

Dialogue: Global was engaged by the University and the Project Architect to provide the Tennis Design Consulting services to assist with the concept of the Tennis Center on a very constricted parcel of land and to provide collegiate tennis facility design details as well as construction observation. The Tennis Center was designed in late 1997; construction was started July 2001 and completed in April 2002 in time for the spring Varsity tennis season.

Project Schedule: The Tennis Center is located in the middle of the University adjacent to the student commons and as such, the scheduling of the construction was dictated by the University Scholastic and Varsity Tennis schedules as well as climatic considerations. The construction was mutually developed by the University and the tennis facility design team to satisfy all criteria. The project was started as scheduled and was completed on time.

Project Budget: The Tennis Center budget was established and with a public bid process was awarded at $1,984,613 with a few changes dictated by site conditions and Owners changes the final cost was $2,065,000.

PRINCETON UNIVERSITY Princeton. New Jersey

Dialogue: Global was engaged by Princeton University to provide Tennis Facility Design Consulting to the University and the Project Architect. Global had worked with Dan Casey, at the Connecticut Tennis Center at Yale University and who is currently the Coordinating Architect and Project Manager for Princeton University. Princeton had a 23+ court tennis facility known as the Pagoda Courts located near the center of the University. With a grant from an Alumnus for a new Academia center it became necessary to relocate the tennis facilities from the central campus location to a new location adjacent to the Varsity Tennis Complex. Global provided schematic conceptual design services as well as construction documents and on site observation during construction.

Project Schedule: Global was engaged in November 2002 with a proposed schedule to begin construction in May 2003 with final completion in early 2004.The proposed new tennis facility was planned to add 20 courts to the existing 8 at Lenz Varsity Tennis Center and an additional six soft (clay) courts. The construction was performed in several phases to satisfy the University requirements. The Pagoda was relocated from the previous tennis center to a very prominent location at the new tennis center. The new tennis center was opened in the summer of 2004.

Project Budget: Global does not have information on the project budget as all contracting and finance was handled within the Princeton University Architectural offices and much of the construction was performed by the Princeton University Construction Department.

SNYDER TENNIS CENTER University of Virginia Charlottesville, Virginia

Dialogue: The University of Virginia had a tennis center located adjacent to the gymnasium and the courts were cracked and approaching their life expectancy. The sub surface was unstable and created difficulties in maintaining a “varsity class” tennis facility. Global was selected to be the tennis facility design consultant and worked closely with University personnel to provide a new tennis center to serve the varsity tennis teams, the student intramural programs as well as student and faculty tennis players. Global was engaged in October 1994 and the project was scheduled for construction of 14 new courts in 1995-96 with completion in 1996. All 13 courts are lighted with a low mast environmentally designed lighting system to reduce light contamination in the area which is located in a high visibility area of the campus. Due to site utility problems in the area of the proposed exhibition court the scope was reduced from 14 to 13 courts. To facilitate construction and to provide longevity to the courts, a post tensioned concrete type construction was selected for all courts. A major Drainage structure traversed the tennis site which required adjustment of court elevations to accommodate the existing drainage system. The Tennis Center was named in honor of Sheridan G. Snyder a friend of UVA Tennis.

Project Schedule: The Tennis Center is located in a low lying area with access for

construction equipment restricted to the south end of the site. Redesign to accommodate the drainage and unstable sub base required some additional redesign time.

The original schedule was established for construction of the courts in 1995-96 and with the cooperation of all parties to the project this schedule was met with final completion of Phase one in 1996.

The Spectator Seating on the North end of the courts was constructed in 1999 under a separate contract.

Project Budget: The Tennis Center was originally budgeted to be $1.5mil. With some

revisions to the site layout and project scope and in close cooperation with the University and the design/construction team this budget was met.
