Lacks of the living unive rsity cannot compete with the int ernation al education. The Univ ersity is a mirror reflect ing the prosperity of the country. And the true reflection of the country growth. How are the leading intellectuals of the society to move forward quickly?. How to create the brain that helps the country move forward. The staff at the end of the study is to benefit the country's workforce. The budget will be allocated to the public the opportunity to learn. Salary and status of the personnel as holding executive positi ons in all levels all come from people budget. The parties are proxies of the r ank, position, money, and security for the relevant qualification. But one should not forget that the university has more prestige, money. And the personne l in education institutions should become given to the public . We reward people with somethin g worthw hile investment or not. But the important thing is to advance the university. Educators have an atmosphere of academic freedom, freedom of opinion, freedom of expression, the potential of workers with no pressure capacity of teachers and students, as well as personnel working in all positi ons. The democratic world should be created at the Unive rsity of the illusion image to the true freedom of man. In this era, we see that the university is linked to social issues, there are quite a few. The educati on syste m is not related to social problems that exist. Uninteresting the problem of society around campus as if it was made witho ut relate to the mass of people who hav e a need for a s ociety that wants to be. And educ ation is determin ed by the needs of the unive r sity administration. But the resul t of active participatio n of intellectuals which m ost teachers are to act as teaching, writing academic works, training in various locations and includes work from the outside to seek more than a social problem is real. S ome teachers have only a visionary who was exploring the issue of what people want. Many intelle ctuals also relevant qualifica tion in the vision but not action . or not out explo ring the real world. It is only a theoretical knowle dge and the only academic o r a Bible doct rine class. Whic h is in the ideal world n ot to get the real world is not true for the most part. The education system has dominated the thinking of many people, especially new teachers have to con vey the power and popularity. (authoritarianism) to accept the system without individual creative voice. If someone in the movie is viewed as unnatural. The social atmosphere of the university. And culture is not conducive to democratic governance. The University is becoming an idea, but in a box (think in the box) cannot think outside the box. Or outside of the box. The bondage of the education system which gives credits from the university system and the management structure are in the old world behind. And faculty and staff are in a sense of frustration. Because of the creativity , the unive rsity shou ld have a budg et. The back support is the idea o f self- management. The personnel must work under the order, the chain of command.  And work on command and control (control and command oriented) allow the personnel management system is the oldest.
