  2. 2. Value Proposition We address poor quality education perpetuated by teachers limited command over content. We satisfy the need for concept clarity to enhance quality education for students in Pakistan and beyond. We create lessons tailored to learning needs of rural teachers and deliver via mobile smart phone. Lessons are particularly helpful for newly hired teachers. We provide unlimited access to localized content via mobile
  3. 3. The Problem Teachers in Pakistan have critical gaps in subject knowledge. Access to information resources is extremely limited. School enrollment is on the rise, but quality education is still lacking.

The Game Changer Teachers have on tap access to teaching tools & resource Mobile access to take pictures and provide instant reporting to DIL head teachers Cost share of mobile phone reduces theft and loss of mobile. (Mobile smart phone equity stake Rs. 2,000 ($20 USD) Other family members and students have easy access to the resource Open Edu resource for Free - teaching tools for public use. DIL provides direct feed back to teachers individually.

More than 90% said teaching has been positively impacted. Principals observed improved classroom instruction, increased student engagement, Results- Quality Teaching
