OneDrive is built in to the latest version of Office with option to save the documents to OneDrive directly, possibly by default. With the free Office Online in the browser, create, edit, share & collaborate documents & even track changes using existing document formatting.PC’S DO NOT NEED OFFICE INSTALLED TO USE OFFICE ONLINE. just an account with Microsoft, personal or business.

In Windows 8.1 7 Windows RT 8.1, save files to OneDrive & get to them from any device, PC, tablet, or phone.Add files already on your PC to OneDrive by either copying them over or moving them from your PC. When you save new files, you can choose to save them to OneDrive so you can get to them from any device & share them with other people.

When signing in with a Microsoft account, the PC is connected to Microsoft servers online, or "the cloud." Personal settings & preferences are stored in OneDrive, & are synced to any PC that you sign in to. Files aren’t shared with other people unless saved in the Public folder or user chooses to share them.

In April of 2012, Google introduced Google Drive, a way to transform a Google Docs account into an online & offline storage system. Users get 15 GB OF FREE STORAGE plus convenience of a virtual folder on the computer allowing dragging & dropping files to sync between laptops, tablets, & mobile phones.

FIRST, SIGN IN, NOW WHAT IS NEEDED? PERSONAL USE ↓Google Drive is just like using Google Docs when you're on the Web. You can share directly to Google+ from Google Drive if you wish. The left side menu changes & now has My Drive. After installation of the Google Drive app, A folder appears on the desktop. Drag & Drop files into the folder, & activity will be synced with the Web & available on any computer or mobile device with Google Drive. DOCUMENTS CREATED SAVED AUTOMATICALLY

CLOUD STORAGE

Cloud storage allows users to Share, synchronizes, & back-up files. According to Aaron

Levie, CEO; "As we bring Box to more organizations, our mission remains the same: to make sharing, accessing & managing content ridiculously easy."

Using Box, huge files can be sent with a simple link. Entire folders can be shared. . Send a Link With Box, user can create a secure link to any file that can be shared with

anyone via email. User even make edits & upload a new version of the file - all without changing the original link.

Share a Whole Folder User can invite others to join their folders so they can not only see all users content, but also edit, comment & upload their own.

Large Files Use Box & upload files of up to 250MB in size & then easily share them with family, friends & teams. User can  upgrade their account to share files as large as 5GB.

SENDING LARGE FILES, SUCH AS THIS PORTFOLIO, WOULD BE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE USING STANDARD EMAIL. BUT BY UPLOADING TO BOX, EVEN PERSONAL COMMUNICATION IS EASY. YET THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT OF BOX, FORMED IN 2005 IS THE ABILITY TO RUN YOUR  BUSINESS ON BOX SHARE, ACCESS, MANAGE YOUR FILES & INTEGRATE BOX WITH YOUR MOBILE & WEB APPS.

Or Dropbox is a free service that lets you bring all your photos, docs, & videos anywhere. Any file saved to your Dropbox will also automatically save to all your computers, phones, & even the Dropbox website. After installing Dropbox on a computer or phone, a Dropbox folder is created. Any file saved to folder is saved to your other computers, phones, & the Dropbox website.
