There is a widening gap between whatpeople expect of democracy and what it hasactually turned out to be. When democracyis limited to throwing out one bunch of outof touch elites every few years only to letanother bunch in, when it demands moreand more regulation and scrutiny of our

lives while delivering more and more ineptand wasteful management, when it ignores

problems that concern us all such asgrooming gangs and knife crime but is so

keen to rush off to war, when we aresuspicious of every utterance of those who

represent us, then it is falling seriouslyshort of what is expected.

The common purpose uniting Westerngovernments is to bring affluence and hide

costs. The costs are to freedom, Knowledge,understanding, civility, education, art,

nature, the simple enjoyment of living andfinally to civilisation itself. Simple majority

democracy has failed, the majority asindividuals may deplore what is happening,

yet they show neither the will nor theunderstanding to insist that democracy

takes another path.

Government by majority degenerates intogovernment by a minority as disillusioned

voters who feel rightly that they arerepresented by no particular party drop out

of voting altogether.

Acton put it well in 1877 when he wrote“The one pervading evil of democracy is the

tyranny of the majority, or rather of thatparty, not always the majority, that

succeeds by force or fraud in carryingelections.

A FASCIST ULSTER STATE

The situation in Ulster has been a concernto British Nationalists for decades, the solidsupport for the union and opposition to thecommunist menace in the form of the IRA &its proxy Sinn Fein has been a constant in

party policies & manifestos, that the NBU isnow organising here in Ulster is hardly

surprising given the traditional natures andvalues of the Unionist community now

facing the combined threats of an importedand unwelcomed multiculturalism and a

growing menace of cultural Marxism thinlydisguised as liberalism. Fascism, morespecifically the Fascism of the NBU, it's

creed and policies naturally resonate withthe loyalist community whilst the catholiccommunity lurches ever leftward and with

demographics democracy must be viewed asa dangerous vehicle who's ultimate

destination is to a 32 county socialistrepublic where the horrors of the gulag

would inevitably be visited upon the former.

The state of Northern Ireland, founded 99years ago was set up with a majority

unionist constituency, the ancientprovince/nation of Ulster, was split with

three of its counties being gifted to the IrishRepublic and a border established aroundthe remaining six, however as Previouslypointed out, demographic changes have

seen the substantial growth in a communitywho owe no loyalty to Britain and along

with the burgeoning immigrant communitynow vote for the increasingly far left &

internationalist Sinn Fein.

Thus democracy is the road to the gulags

and most loyalists instinctively know wherehistory is heading, playing politics with adismissing voter base simply isn't working

with SF now dominating both the assemblyat Stormont along with control over council

areas, both rural along with the formallysolid Belfast city council.

Whilst we could dwell on these and relateddifficulties, instead Fascism must offersolutions and whilst various groups bothlocalised and related to a greater British

nationalism have existed for years it is mycontention that these formations must unite

under the Flash & Circle in building acapible and energetic movement with

Fascism at its very core not as a protest orginger group, but as a very real movement

which can attract support from both loyalistand a significant minority of Catholics whoare opposed to the sordid mockery of gay

marriage and the mass murder of theunborn both advanced and proscribed by

Sinn Fein.

Ulster Fascism, dating back to the 1930'smust approach political realities with a

tough and realistic approach, essentially weraise the banner, put our programme before

the Ulster people, a natural constituencyfor its doctrine and build a bulwark again anIrish Bolshevism that ultimately consume

the Irish people, if we fail to do so then theunionist community will precede them on

the chopping block.

Thus we approach the task with enthusiasm,ours is a product that will readily resonate

with an audience weary with both thesocialist madness of SSM and baby

infanticide and the puppet show whichpasses for local politics, our heritage, ourhistory and our people are not expendable

nor a bargaining chip for Westminster'shuckster politicians as we begin the march

toward a Fascist Ulster State!

HIKE UPDATEWe are going ahead with the plan for the

hike in August and I have decided to make aweekend of it. Regarding the meeting point

for Friday 14th August 2020 I will releasethat information approximately one daybefore we meet. The meeting point forFriday 14th August will be 30 mins fromwhere we will be camping. We will thentravel together to the destination we are

staying at.

Location: Head on the A5 towards CapelCurig North Wales (Exact location is given

near the time)

On the day of the hike Saturday 15th Augustit will be a early morning start of around0600 hrs to get to location and start ourhike. I have picked a rout that is not so

difficult but will give us a rewarding day offantastic views and give us all an

opportunity to go over some life skills forsurviving in nature.

The rout itself form start to finish is nolonger then 10 miles and involves a steadyclimb. Please note we will take it steadyand go only as fast as the slowest man.

Friday 14th - Sunday 16th are the dates butif you wish to leave on Saturday that is no

problem at all but I will be staying Saturdaynight for a beer and good catch up if anyone

wishes to join.

The accommodation is now going to be acampsite at the cost of £12 to £15 a nightper adult and I can possibly get our ownarea on the site to pitch our tents awayfrom main area. They have modern wash

facilities and hot food but do not have wifiand phone signal is poor I suggest to being

things like food and drinks if you wish so youare not without on that weekend. If you donot have a tent, I am sure between us we

can share in the group to help our brothersout who wish to attend. I will also

investigate into booking the group area forus asap and will also sort out the cost later

when people confirm to me, they arecoming. This is a group effort so if a persondoes not have transport but is interested,we can work around it to help each other

out.

BOOK REVIEWLord Haw Haw: The Full Story of William

Joyce by JA Cole

This is the fifth biography of William Joycethat I have read. Rebecca West wrote 'TheMeaning of Treason' in 1948 when it wasalmost impossible to be objective. Not

surprisingly, she produced a spiteful accountof her subject. Francis Selwyn did better in

'Hitler's Englishman' in 1987. Mary Kennywrote the most sympathetic book so far, her2003 biography of Joyce entitled 'Germany

Calling'. And Colin Holmes produced themost scholarly work with 'Searching for LordHaw-Haw' in 2016. JA Cole's excellent bookwas first published in 1964 but I have just

discovered it.

Cole adds little to the story of WilliamJoyce but he succeeds in treating hissubject as a human being. One of my

favourite anecdotes from his book is thatWilliam Joyce was sent off during a schoolRugby match because the referee said that

he did not know which side he was on.

But he had been on the side of the BritishEmpire since his days as a scout for the

military in Ireland. And he maintained thiscontact during his career as a fascist

agitator. My friend Bill Barnes (1912-1981)knew Joyce before the war and insisted thathe had been set up by MI5 to go to Germanyon the understanding that he would not beprosecuted. Barnes also thought that Joycehad kept his mouth shut in court to protect

his wife.

Joyce was hanged because he once held aBritish passport and was therefore guilty of

treason by broadcasting for the enemyduring wartime. He was born in New York toan Irish father and naturalised as a German

citizen. He never struck a blow againstBritain, he only broadcast over the German

radio in the hope of ending what heregarded as an unnecessary war. But Britainin the post-war years was not interested in

fine points of law.

Since his trial we have had a succession ofreal spies and traitors; Kim Philby, Guy

Burgess, Donald Maclean, John Cairncross,and Anthony Blunt betrayed vital

information to the Soviet Union during theCold War, but none of them faced the

hangman's noose.

The only other 'traitor' to be executed wasJohn Amery, the son of Leo Amery the

Secretary of State for India. He broadcastfor the Axis powers and recruited British

prisoners of war to fight with the Germanson the Russian front. He had been grantedSpanish citizenship for his service to the

Nationalists in the Spanish Civil War but thiswas not recognised by the court. He was

hanged in Wandsworth prison on 19thDecember 1945.

Joyce was hanged in Wandsworth Prison on3rd January 1946. He was buried in the theprison grounds until 1976 when he was re-

buried in Galway. His daughter, Mrs HeatherLandolo, fought a long campaign to have hisremains returned to Ireland where he grewup and first dedicated himself to politics.

PROPAGANDA

I won't go into depth about propaganda, butthere are a couple of major points whichare in our favour, as I see it. Propagandamust be rooted in truth, not the entirelyspecious, sentiment driven propaganda ofour opponents. Of course, our propaganda

must be an appeal to sentiment also, but toa lesser extent so the truth of the messageis blatantly apparent. Only propaganda thatis rooted in lies and deception is required tobe wholly exessive emotional and sentiment

driven to mask it's baselessness andvapidity. It is becoming very real for many

people, they see the reality of this'progress', and many, more than we couldthink in our most optimistic moments, willlikely know this 'progress' for what it is- a

harmful and dangerous regression. Whetherdeep down on a sub-conscious level to some

degree, or consciously aware and have areal intellectual understanding of the

multitude of dimensions to the shape of ourcurrent state of affairs and how it came to

be this way, all perceive the lie and areopen to the truth. It is just delivering this ina format that is understood and irrefutable,this is not difficult as when your opponentscan only attack you with the usual tirade ofbanalities and hysterical nonsense (I trust I

need not elaborate, you all know them well)whilst not disproving or actually challenging

a single point, you have truth on your side.We, Comrades, have the truth on our side.

Those that do have the strength anddedication, the bravery, the confidence andthe fanaticism and will to stand up may doso alone or as a small cell will, even on a

1.Who are you?

I am Robert Best a 43 year old (Note: now51) author currently living in West Sussex. I

am happily married (Note: was, sadly allgood things die including ourselves) to a

2. What do you believe in?

I believe in the future greatnessand splendour of England (Note: and Celtic

Cornwall where I was brought up in the

1970s/1980s and my mother still lives inPenzance, and Wales, Scotland, Mannin), Britain, (Note: and Ireland) and Europe andthe preservation and advancement of the

European peoples, without hatred for otherraces and nations. I am also a deeplyspiritual man and I have researchedcomparative world religions (Note;

Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism,Jainism) and the occult. I was brought up as

a member of the Church of England (andalso Methodist and Congregational Churchesin Cornwall and Lancashire) but I also haverespect for traditional Catholic thinkers and

a synthesis of Christianity, Nietzsche and Mithras. Furthermore, I believe in accordwith the late and great Sir Oswald Mosley,that it is logical to believe in the existenceof God, as the Universe is too complex to

have come about by chance.

3. If you could direct government policywhat would you do?

I would make Great Britain independent andfree of International Finance and Usury, and

give government the power to coin andregulate the issue of money. I would alsointroduce National Referenda and DirectNational Democracy, giving the British

people the power to decide major acts ofgovernment policy. I would end all non-

European immigration except for temporarystudents, tourists and bone fide business

visitors. Ideally the introduction of a systemof voluntary and financially-assisted

repatriation would reduce Britain’s non-European population, to manageable

proportions. I would establish aConfederation of European Nations as a

stepping stone to a future European Nationand a three-tier system of Local-Regional,

National and European Government. Nomore bloody wars for American-Zionistinterests against countries who are nothreat to Britain and Europe (Note: as

stated by the late Francis Parker Yockey, theAmerican former member of Mosley's post-war Union Movement, and the author of thepro-European philosophical magnum opus

Imperium and The Declaration of London ofthe European Liberation Front).

4.What are you proud of and what do youregret?

I am immensely proud of being a father andall dads should rejoice at their wonderfuland beautiful children. Regrets? Well I was

once told “Forgive yourself because God hasalready forgiven you”, which I thought was

very touching and comforting.

THE QUIET REVOLUTION

The NBU belives in covert revolution, arevolution against the ballot box. We standmembers as 'independent candidates' in allelections. Our members will concentrate on

local issues free from the dead hand ofpolitical party rule. We will target the

political elite and expose their corruptionand lies. No need to strut the political stage

sporting a colourful rosette making you atarget of the Marxist liberal leftwing.

The NBU assist all our candidates withleaflet design and electoral paperwork etc,we advise on Parish and community councilsas well as County Council elections. This is

done however in the background leaving ourcandidates free to campaign openly without

the lefts usual attacks and accusations ofbeing racist Nazis etc.

Each candidate concentrates on an issuethat effects their personal community

appealing to the 60-70% of people who nolonger vote for any political party in local

elections. We already have CountyCouncillors elected as independents who arebusy throwing a spanner in the works alongwith numerous members sitting on parish

councils.

The New British Union candidate will notemulate the fatuous figure cut by the oldgang candidate, they must however be

known and trusted by the electorate, andfor practical reasons their names must beshouted from the rooftops. Their namesmust be known for good reasons for it is

against their name that the electors crossmust be marked on the voting paper.

Votes are not given because people havestudied in-depth party programmes but

mainly on trust and confidence, Labourgained fanatical support which it still holds

in so many areas in spite of repeated betrayals because Labour candidates could

say to the electorate “we are your own folk,we come from your own streets, we havelived your lives, we know your problems

therefore trust us”. And they were trusted.The SNP have done the same thing and evenwhen both parties let their supporters down

they still get votes. As we have seenrecently though things are changing.

Therefore Blackshirt candidates must knowtheir constitutes problems and outlook as

well as they do their own. They must studytheir ward and our movements policy, getinvolved in the community, holding public

meetings and writing to all localnewspapers, leaflet every household onceevery three months over the next year. By

the time the next local election comesround every voter in the ward will know ourcandidates name. Every voter will know our

candidates are on their side.

However tough the fight we shall win,because we do not fight to put letters after

our names or to inflate the vanity ofpompous individuals, we fight as people notpoliticians. We stand side by side with thepeople firmly against the establishmentparasites. When the time is right and wehave hundreds of local councillors we will

declare en-masse for NBU and BritishFascism sending a huge shockwave throughthe establishment. We will present to the

public a movement that already hashundreds of members elected and which is

ready for the next step, a seat inwastemonster!

This then is the NBU 'Quiet revolution', nofuss, no confrontation, no demos or marchesjust decent people working to improve their

communities to save their country.

NBU SECURITY

NBU has finally launched BlackshirtSecurity which will be an 'unincorporated

association' this will be a voluntary'Manned Guarding' group which is

completely legal and covered by the HomeOffice under;

'guarding one or more individuals againstassault or against injuries that might besuffered in consequence of the unlawful

conduct of others.'

Due to the increase in violence beinginstigated by the far left against any

patriotic movement that disagrees withtheir Marxist views and in accordance withthe law we have implemented our right todefend ourselves, our members and others

from any assault as they go about theirlawful business.

As a security group uniform will be worn toestablish the difference between ordinaryNBU members/supporters and BlackshirtSecurity. All NBU Officers will be enrolledinto Blackshirt security to enable guardingduties to be carried out at future events.

exploit the openings created by the ‘BlackLives Matter’ protests. The mayor of London

Sadiq Khan has established a specialcommittee to list all monuments and

statues in London that they consider to be‘racist’ or ‘imperialist’ so that those

monuments can be removed and replacedby more ‘acceptable’ (politically correct)

monuments. Already the ‘BLM’ protest mobshave forcibly removed a 19th Century statue

from the centre of Bristol and across thecountry monuments and memorials havebeen daubed with ‘BLM’ and self-styled

‘anti-racist slogans. Meanwhile non-whiteMP’s and left-wing dominated education

authorities are demanding that the nationalschool curriculum is changed to reflect

‘Black Lives’ and ‘Black History’ with a newemphasis on the “legacy of British

imperialism”, the so-called “crimes of theBritish Empire”, the exploitation of colonialpeople, the British role in the slave trade,

and how much “black people havecontributed to British society”. No

explanations have been given as to howmuch re-writing of British history and

culture will take place, but the signs areominous. The politically correct agenda iseven now being expanded to target those

figures from Britain’s past who are not onlydeemed to have been ‘racist’ or a ‘whitesupremacist’ but also those considered to

have been ‘Islamophobic’ or ‘homophobic.’Already a private school in Sussex has

announced that it will withdraw all copiesof the Harry Potter books because the

author JK Rowling has been deemed ‘trans-phobic’. First they will remove statues,

then buildings, then books and films. TheGreat Replacement is under way in Britain

in 2020.

NBU UNIFORM

NBU have seen fit to adopt the Black Shirtas the symbol of comradely service in thecommon cause of national regeneration. It

is typical of the establishments useful idiotsthat the allegation should be propagatedthat 'fascists' constitute a 'private army'.

Might as well accuse all priests, firemen andnurses of 'constituting a private army'. Theword 'army' surely implies the carrying ofarms or training in arms, both which NBU

don't do, and has no relation to the wearingof uniform.

We put on the Black Shirt and submit to thatvoluntary discipline which alone can bringsalvation, prepared to take a small part inbuilding a land where lethargic myths ofcommittee government and freedom to

skive and starve are replaced by the sternand practicable realities of Fascism,

manliness, courage, thought and disciplineare weapons with which security, peace and

comfort can be obtained. Times arechanging and we have to be prepared forthat change, and that will take discipline

and order.

We wear a Blackshirt because the colourBlack best expresses the iron determinationof Fascism in the conquest of red anarchy.Symbolism in itself is nothing new in British

politics. Red Labour, Blue Tories, YellowLiberals (very apt) and now even Green andPurple are fighting to get their noses in the

Westminster trough.

In symbolism as in our creed we are morefull-blooded people and, literally as well as

metaphorically, have put our shirt onFascism. Our members are not compelled to

wear the Blackshirt. But those who haveworn the Blackshirt in the early days andpublicly proclaimed their faith before the

world, have performed a service to Fascismwhich will never be forgotten. Strongly heldopinions, strongly expressed, are a necessity

in this chaotic age. The Blackshirt,therefore, is the symbol of Fascism.

The wearing of uniform is of paramountimportance to British Fascism; it sets us

apart from the political class and theestablishment whom we have no wish to

emulate. It reinforces discipline andstructure, it gives the back-bone to the

movement that without it would collapselike the BNP have.

The wearing of uniform does not make us aquasi-military organization any more than itdoes the Salvation Army or the boy scouts.It merely separates us from the politicalelite that the majority no longer trusts togovern the country for the true benefit of

its people. The political elite who are quickto jump to the defence of Muslims who wishto wear full face veil stating that in Britaineveryone has the right to wear what theylike as this is a sign of a tolerant society.Their tolerance does not extend to their

fellow British citizens though it would seem.

The wearing of Uniform is not seen as beinganyway strange in anyother country, every

large organisation wears some kind ofuniform. The people who say we are playing

dress up are just going along with theestablishment narrative and are completelyignorant to what we are actually doing andtrying to achieve. Do they think our elected

members turn up for council meetings infull uniform?

Uniform is only worn for the appropriateoccasions such as officers meetings, privaterallies and security details, uniform forms

the strong spine of the movement withwhich out we could not prosper and grow as

fast as we are.

The basic uniform is the black shirt, afleece with zip up roll neck with or without

armband

WHERE AND WHEN UNIFORM IS WORN

Blackshirt on its own can be worn anytime,public meetings or out campaigning etc

Working dress is worn at all official NBUmeetings, training camps and rallies. Also it

can be worn by NBU Security at any time

Officers dress will be worn on officialparades and special occasions

NEW BRITISH UNION(CANADIAN BRANCH)

The New British Union was formed in 2013,to again introduce Britain and Canada aswell as other countries to the ideas of SirOswald Ernald Mosley, who was considered

one of the foremost politicians of the periodfrom 1932 to 1973.

The flash and circle symbol of the NewBritish Union represents action within acircle of unity. This is the way we view

society - working towards a better countryand the preservation of both British and

Canadian heritage which the currentgovernments of both countries are intent on

destroying.

In Canada, in 1968, Trudeau the elder, aformer Quebec Marxist and later a Soviet

Communist, was elected to head the LiberalParty as the new government. With him

came the ideas and processes of CulturalMarxism. This philosophy, founded by the

Frankfurt School of Critical Theory atGoethe University in Germany in 1923, awholly Jewish think tank that wanted to

bring Marxism to the West and proceeded todetail a plan to destroy western culture and

replace it with a Marxist culture.

In 1933, they were expelled from Germanyand went to Geneva, Switzerland, for 2

years. Finally they were invited to ColumbiaUniversity in New York City. There, they

began their work against western culture ona monumental scale. Society today, is the

result of that intense attack.

At Columbia University, they taught

students the processes of Cultural Marxismwithout acknowledging what the aims oftheir teachings were. Those students, in

turn, became professors at otheruniversities, leaders in commerce, industryand politics and entered all sorts of spheresof influence to continue the spread of the

ideas of Cultural Marxism.

The dissemination of what they were taughtat Columbia University has now spread

throughout the western world and westernsocieties, are now at risk with the

introduction of multiculturalism (also aproduct of Cultural Marxism), and the vast

increase in third world migration to theWest. Inevitably, the Euro-Canadian and

British peoples are to be a minority in theirown countries. This was all part of the

devious Cultural Marxist plan.

The New British Union with its CanadianBranch, as well as branches in many other

countries, stand firmly against CulturalMarxism and the degradation of western

culture.

The philosophy of the New British Union isone that affirms free speech, not the

fettered speech of Cultural Marxistism withits political correctness that Euro-whites are

made to listen to and on which they maymake no comment lest they be judged

racist.

WHAT WAS THE BRITISH UNION PLATFORM

Parliament in Britain and Canada, must bere-invented in favour of a vertically

integrated complex of individualcorporations repesenting all walks of labour.

So too, individuals such as an industrialworker or a housewife, lawyer, retailer,

farmer, labourer, government worker, nurse,or doctor will have a voice in government -unlike the present day, where party politics,

criminality and a complete lack of caringabout the history and heritage of the

European founders of both countries reignssupreme. This applies to all current political

parties - left and right leaning and theAntifa indescriminate undisiplined mob.

THE NEW BRITISH UNION PLATFORM

The NBU stands in support of the familyfarm and specifically organic farming, justas was proposed by the British Union in the

1930's.

Preservation of green spaces is another partof the NBU platform. "That green and

pleasant land" shall not be inundated bythird world dependents and culturally

dissimilar immigrants, as is happening inboth Britain and Canada and, in fact, every

western nation.

Preservation of western cultural history,heritage and moral standards is ofparamount importance to the NBU.

Withdrawal from the United Nations refugeerequirement to import refugees at their

demand is mandatory.

Reduction of imports of non-essential thirdworld indigenous peoples that have no value

to the Canadian or British nations.

Control of and reduction of third worldimportation of refugees and immigrants thathave not met the minimum requirements of

language, assets and value to buildingCanada and Britian.

Removal and re-patriation of any provencriminal immigrants and their families fromCanada. This includes enclaves where the

police and western people fear to go.

Teaching our children that the Americanspelling of our British language is wrong andthat the correct spellings will be taught in

class from now on so that the Englishlanguage and spelling used in Canada and

Britain, controlled by American computers,does not disappear.
