Will humans become robots in thenext 50 years ?

The new technolgies will allowto heal a lot of sick people. Some sickpeople heal by a micro robot or microchips in their brain. Some micro chipsin the human brains will have thepower to control objects from adistance just by our thoughts. Bigschools like MIT -who is fortranshumanism - choose the mostintelligent scientific people to findsolutions concerning humanity :forexample : their studies are predicted tolead to pratically doubling lifeexpectancy . At the moment, they arepredicting this to happen in the next 50years. Evolution has no limits .

Will transhumanism still make ushumans ?

Transhumanism is a cultural andintellectual movement that believes wecan, and should, improve the human

condition through the use of advancedtechnologies. One of the main conceptsin transhumanist thinking is lifeextension: Through geneticengineering, cloning, and otheremerging technologies, eternal lifemay soon be possible. Likewise, transhumanists are interestedin the ever-increasing number oftechnologies that can boost ourphysical, intellectual, andpsychological capabilities beyond whathumans are naturally capable of.Transcranial direct current stimulation , for example, which speeds upreaction times and learning speed byrunning a very weak electric currentthrough your brain, has already beenused by the US military to trainsnipers. On the more extreme side,transhumanism deals with the conceptsof mind uploading to a computer andwhat happens when we finally craft acomputer with greater-than-humanintelligence.

Will humans end up onlycommunicating through screens likein Disney's Wall-E ?

As we can see in the recent years,most people are communicating moreand more through social medias,messages and other apps. So this madeus think .. Will we all end upcommunicating through these apps ?Will teachers teach classes via Skypeor Facetime ? Will it go as far as goingto a restaurant and ordering your foodthrough screens? This may remind you

of the famous Disney movie Wall-E,where we can see that all humans arebeing taken over by technologies and itis probably likely to get worse in thenext decades. Be careful not to let itend up that way, not to loose the art ofhuman relations.

The students in 2nde of our highschool went to watch the movie « Les beaux gosses » on Monday the28th of November. This movie wasdirected by Riad Sattouf in 2009.

Synopsis:

Hervé is in middle school. He is notpopular with the girls. But henotices that he pleases one of themost attractive girls of his class:Aurore. Camel, his best friend,supports him.

Synopsis:

Gary, an awkward teenager, writes aschool project defending Osama BinLaden, for which he is violentlypersecuted by his shocked andscared neighbours. The neighboursconvince themselves that he is alocal vandal and work themselvesinto a frenzy, leading to a threat toGary's safety.

The play was very dark and moving.The special effects and acting wasalso really good. However, it washard to understand.

The Trip to BulgariaThe Trip to Bulgaria ::

The Trip to Bulgaria began the09/11/16 by a long flight with ten minutes late which endedhas Sofia by a time who could callback Normandy. The next day the pupils of TSTI2Dwere entitled has a real Bulgarianwelcome and the education's systemshas been presented to the frenchstudents after that an engineer has topresent the treatment processes of theradioactive waste and the pupilsmoved on with activities around thepower plant. After for the ended of thisday they are introduced has theBulgarian dance as well as intraditional costumes for two students.Durting the trip the students were ableto see inescapable sites of this EasternEuropean country like National museum dedicated to thecharacter Christo Botev (is a famouswriter bulgarian and also a journalist)but they were not able to visit thefamous site of Belogradchick . have vist too the castle of Burgozone.This site is a production site ofBulgarian wine. The pupils are alsoable to discover during this journey ofthe technical specialities which nottheir are not familiar as the nuclearindustry either the industry automobil.

So , this trip was a very goodexperience for discover a new countryand new population.For the TSTI2D This tripis also a goodthing because they have discover somepossibilities in their sector and find ajob in one sector.

What about LondonWhat about London ??

London is the capital city of theU.K. and of Great Britain, it's areally big city. This city is famousfor its monuments, museums, alsofor the bus, …

Firstly, in this city you can see alot of monuments like theBuckingham palace or you canhave a walk in the parks. For thelong length you will take the bus,there are lots of lines in the city.

Secondly, you must go to checkthe Tower Bridge, for me, I think

it's the best monument in London.You can also walk along Oxfordstreet for the museums.

Thirdly, in the 19th century thereis a famous serial killer who wasnicknamed « Jack the Ripper », amuseum presents this serial killerand his killing weapons, thismuseum is next to the TowerBridge.

To finish, London's underground,called « the tube », is the oldest inthe world ! In 1666 the city wasdestroyed by a great fire whichburned 13 200 houses and 87churches.

Area 51 is a secret military base inNevada which is 155km2. The legendsays that, on this base, AmericanGovernment makes experiences andresearches on aliens who were crashedon Earth. There is a lot of myths likethe “Apollo mission conspiracy”: somepeople say that astronauts never wentto the Moon and that they only tooksome pictures in the desert which is infront of the base. But, what bringpersons to think that this base containsaliens or spaceships which belong toanother “human race”? First, this baseis strongly protected, for example, oneday, a man tried to enter the Area 51and… security killed him, that soundscrazy! Then, in July 1947, populationsaw a weird object across the sky andWilliam Brazel, a ranch owner foundpieces that he thought belonged to aspaceship. The authorities said that itwas a sounding balloon, pieces were

sent to the Area 51 and we have neverheard of this crazy story anymore. Thisbase is the most famous in the world,we can find a lot of references in TVseries, movies or songs! This is a story about a stick boywho is in love with a match girl .Theirlove is impossible because they riskburning each other. In link with thetext, there are drawings which are veryin Tim Burton's style, they're quitefantastical .

LP is a famous current artist. We haveknown her by the song « Lost OnYou » which is her most popular one.We decided to present her because ofher very peculiar style. We have a lot of inequality everydaybetween boys and girls. Sometimes we canhear : « A girl can't be a plumber ! » or « Aboy can't be a midwife ! » Why do a lot ofjobs have labels like « For girls only » or« for boys only » ? At work, at school or onthe street, we are surrounded by inequality.In our school, we have inequality too but wedon't see it.

Sometimes, people say the vocationalsection is for boys and when a girl goes intothis section, she looks like someone crazybecause for a lot of people this section isonly for boys. So when a girl chooses this,people say « This is not for you, choose another section » or « Are you crazy ? I thinkit's too difficult for a girl » All the peoplewho say that are crazier than this girl !

Women are entitled to live with dignity andwith freedom from want and from fear. It'sthe same for sports. Usually, people thinkboys are stronger than girls in sports likefootball or badminton. A girl can be strongand win against a boy. However, girls areunequal sometimes about boys. Forexample, the vocational section is simplerfor boys, and the general section issometimes more difficult for boys like theliterary section is for girls and not really forboys, too much prejudice. In our school, wehave a class, 1S who have made little filmsor drawings about the gender equality withMiss Labiche. This initiative is for acompetition with other establishments andby the way of this competition, they havewon ! In the beginning, the class thought itwas crazy to participate at a competitionabout gender equality but everyone hadsome fun and had a lot of imagination tomake a project. On the next page, there is adrawing about gender equality drawn by a1S too and Miss Labiche shared the videosmade by the groups on Facebook on thepage « English with Miss Labiche ! » Comeon and look the funny videos , and share !
