This humble work is intended primarily for accountancy students, business students and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) board examination candidates. This work. however, could likewise provide a good material for students of law.

Simplified examples were incorporated and decisions of the Supreme Court were digested in a simple manner which serve as a tool for easier comprehension of the pertinent articles.
