Edinburgh Business School’s Skills Scotland Scholarship Application Form The Skills Scotland Scholarship offers those residing in Scotland, a fully funded and fully supported Master’s level course, enabling them to upskill in one of five key business discipline areas. Application Terms and Conditions

1. The Scholarship scheme is not open to employees of Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, any of their

agents, or anyone else professionally associated with the scheme.

2. All information detailing how to apply for the scholarship forms part of these terms and conditions. Submission of an

application will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. To be eligible to apply to the scholarship scheme, applicants should:

• Reside in Scotland

• Fully complete the scholarship application form and submit it with a copy of their Council Tax Bill

• Submit their application by midnight 30th June 2020

4. There are 100 funded courses available. Applications will be considered and courses allocated in the date order in which

fully completed applications have been received.

5. Upon allocation of the 100 funded courses, any remaining applicants will be informed that their application has been

unsuccessful.

6. The successful applicants shall receive ONE Master’s level course from a choice of Developing Successful Projects,

Financial Decision Making, Leadership Theory & Practice, People Work & Organisations or Strategic Marketing.

7. Should the successful applicant wish to sit an examination in their Master’s level course, they will be responsible for

their own examination registration fees.

8. For existing students, refunds for courses already purchased and previous examination registrations will not be

considered.

9. Successful applicants agree to be named, photographed, interviewed and quoted and their verbal and or written

testimonials used in publicity for Edinburgh Business School and Heriot-Watt University.
