CROSS COUNTRY Congratulations and well done to all students who participated in yesterday’s cross-country at Aslings Beach. All reports have been very positive. A school team to compete at Wolumla early next term will be selected based on the first four place getters in each age group. Parents will be notified as soon as this has been done. Exciting Mathletics News

Special congratulations to Tarra Glover who was listed as 15th in the top 100 students in Mathletics for Australia and 92nd in the world. A fantastic effort, well done!

Mathletics Update Week 11 Congratulations to all our students who received their GOLD and Silver Mathletics Certificates at last week’s assembly. Remember, all students can earn a Silver Certificate by getting five Bronze Certificates. Gold Certificates are achieved once a student has earned four Silver Certificates.

Congratulations also goes to 1/2O who were last week’s leading class with 17 certificates. Second place is shared between 5/6L (7) and 5/6M (7). Just remember students have full 24hr access to Mathletics on the Internet.

Cross Country On Monday 7th April we ran the Eden Public School Cross Country. It was an overcast day on the beach and all competitors enjoyed the challenge.

The EPS P&C Fete is on TOMORROW!!!

It will be a day of fun with lots of games, activities, stalls and yummy food and drinks to buy. Big thanks to everyone who has donated items for the raffle or the stalls, and to all the volunteers! Don’t forget to bring your raffle tickets and money back to school by tomorrow morning so that you are in with a chance to win an Apple iPad 2! Tickets will still be available to buy during the day, with the raffle being drawn at the end of the fete. If you are able to bring in cakes, slices, muffins, toffees etc. for the cake stall that would be very much appreciated!
