Part of a Record Architects’ team for the development and managements of this High-rise residential building in New York City.W 28th Street is Zaha Hadid’s first project in New York. The area is composed by a 4 lots on the High Line. The biggest of these is 21 storey High-rise Residential Condominium. Activity of coordination among the clients, the design architects and all the others consultants. Project management. Elaboration of Design Development, Construction Drawings and Constructions Adminis-tration documents. Working with clients to establish program, Owner Project Requirements, and Code Compliance. Generate project schedules, milestones, and assist in all cost estimates.

Fola Housing

The Fola is part of an urban renewal plan that involves the entire surrounding area. The main goal of the solutions proposed by the project is to realize a high-quality building with an economical budget. The building, with its distinctive C-shape floor plan, has five floors – four above ground and one below. The two lateral wings form an internal plaza that serves as the main site of en-counter and leisure for the inhabitants as well as the principal access to the nearby green spaces. The main façade is 90 feet long, its rhythm defined by the passage to the internal plaza and by the vertical strips containing the windows and sliding metal blinds. The technological solutions applied here are simple but effective for ensuring maximum environ- mental quality for every apartment.Elaboration of Design Development, Construction Drawings and Constructions Administration documents.

ISMAEL LEYVA ARCHITECTS COMMERCIAL + CONDO, NYC

The 11-story building will have 94 homes, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Amenities will include a two-floor, 30,000-square-foot Equinox gym for residents to use, a landscaped roof terrace and personal and bicycle storage.

I’m working with one of the two principals of the office and sometimes with the principal.Design and technical issues solving,attending meeting with consultants.

Also in charge for the production phase: organization and development of the CD drawings set to a completion of 80% and coordi-nating a 5 people team.

We were presented with a site for a hotel that has over few last decades been transformed from an idyllic tropical island retreat into a metropolitan mongrel. The idea of creating a high-end oasis along the beach was out. We had to deal with the future of this half-bred island city by rethinking the whole idea of a lifestyle hotel. Our solution was to look inwards. We created a bulbous shape based on a series of inter-locking circles that enabled us to produce a continual cycle of entertainment with a changing spectrum of relaxation and merrymaking centered around a new type of tropical architecture for the 21st century.Worked on construction documents phase.

Our design for the city center building sought to find a way of pressing back against the geometric limits of the standard core and shell by intersecting a rectangle with series of concentric circles. The effect is a shape that is both efficient and unfamiliar. It satisfies the tenant requirements while producing a façade populated by a series of balconies and bulging metallic mullions that help the corporate building find a

particular place and time.Worked on schematic design phase.

It has been voted the best beach in the world. Media outfits have ranked Boracay Island the world’s best destination for relaxation. How are we to design a large work of infrastructure on such a prized island? Our design for the airport foregrounds the landscape by creating a plan aerated by gardens with lush local plants and then covers the passenger terminal with a roof made from a modular sys-tem of pre-cast concrete elements that open up at each connection point to admit light and create the illusion that you have never left the tropical bar under the palm trees.
