Let’s imagineKyrgyzstan has 7 provinces, let’s imagine that

each of these provinces would be a sovereign country. And each of these countries has different area, population, economic and social development and etc. Also, each country depends from one another in different type of food resources.

2. Negotiation with the government about the creation of food organization (UWFO)

UWFO will be mainly financed by big business corporations which are willing to be socially responsible, confident in stable structure of UWFO, providing natural products without chemical components, so companies are willing to donate money.

3 Its structure will consist of:

a) Main Board: negotiates with the Kyrgyz and other foreign governments participating in the projects/programs under UWRD

b) Researchers, economists/analytics: Do research in the agricultural sphere, where the land is better to produce, choose a product that will be most efficient to certain land

c) Scientists: develop new scientific methods of efficient production of agricultural products

d) Communications: -raise awareness among population about hunger and its causes,-develop agriculture friendly society-build strong relationship within the organization

Local offices will annually report to the main committee about agricultural production. The report will consist of estimations and risks for future periods and conclusion and closing of the current period.

When other countries do realize the constraint of food and see the efficiency of UWFO work,

they will join our organization
