    Sodium: According to FDA, less than 35 mg sodium

    per serving considered to have a low amount. It isvital component in body for muscle contraction &helps to keep calcium in the blood.

    Dehydration: High sugar contentand caffeine in soft drinks promotedehydration.

    Too Much Sugar : Added sugarcontributes to increased bloodglucose levels, that increases risk
