Nowadays, there are many various methods industrial policy in the world practice.

The development of domestic industry is qualified as:

• 1. Ineffective structure of industrial production;• 2. The Progress of technological backwardness

of domestic industrial production; • 3. Strengthening of domestic industry

degradation.

Due to of deceleration of the rates of development scientific and technical activity Ukrainian industry begins to depend on the technologies borrowings from foreign countries.

The most alarming fact is that those domestic industries which traditionally have quite developed production and scientific capacity, borrowed foreign technologies more often than others.

Realization of strategic tasks for development of industry in Ukraine requires a reliable investment .

TRANSITION OF THE INDUSTRY OF COUNTRY TO THE NEW HIGH-QUALITY STATE REQUIRES CREATION OF NECESSARY INSTITUTION CONDITIONS:

1. To make inventory innovative of active enterprises;

2. To stimulate re-organization of the main chain of industrial enterprises.

3. To optimize formation of institutions, this should compensate disadvantages inside market in realization of strategy in modernization of industry.

4. To activate the system of budget scientific establishments of the branch profile.

5. To strengthen the function of strategic prediction and planning in the system of management industrial development.

6. To increase the level of the informative providing of public regulator policy.

All in all, to increase the result indices of domestic industry, to improve its branch and technological structure, to decrease the imported dependence, to provide high competition possibility are the main tasks of Ukraine. It is possible for self-weighted, well-founded, determined policy of the state.
