Easy Actions

Are your showers longer than four minutes?

Yes

Use a shower timer to reduce shower length to four minutes or less per day.

Do you collect shower water for use on the garden?

No

Collect shower water in a bucket, if you can do this without damaging your back. Install a grey water diverter from the shower/bath water drain pipe and a grey water hose. Use garden-friendly soaps and shampoos.

Slightly harder actions

Have you changed your showerhead to a low flow, water saving one?

No

Change to a low flow shower head (available free from the local water authority if you bring in your old showerhead).
