ECO-NOMICS CHALLENGECOME AND HAVE A GO IF YOU THINK YOU’RE GREEN ENOUGH!Have you been having fun learning about sustainability and getting the lowdown on upcycling with Shaun’s Clothes Drive Mission? Well, now it’s time for a new challenge! Shaun wants YOU to apply what you’ve learned in the game to a real-life mission – can you come up with a sustainable, recycled item that can be sold to make a profit?

Working with your classmates, you’ll need to come up with a cool product that finds a new use for your old stuff. How about turning an old t-shirt into a bag, for example, or making some tin cans into wind chimes? You’ll be amazed at how you can transform junk into something really special that can then be sold to raise cash - without damaging the natural environment.

There are eight tasks to complete within ‘ECO-nomics’, and each member of your team will play an important role in creating your sustainable product. Be sure to share your ideas and listen to others, as well as thinking about the best way to use everyone’s skills so you can design a useful, well-made product, as well as marketing it and making lots of sales!

So, what are you waiting for? Let’s make something amazing!
