10 Main switch control panel is ON

11 Chemical mixer switch is ON

12 Chemical dosing pump is working

13 Emergency switch is working

14 Discharge water outlet is in good condition

15 No excessive noise generated from the machine

16 Equipment and machinery properly maintained(record checked)

17 Sedimantation removal is maintained
