Download your school’s ebook collection with the Destiny Quest and Follett
Digital Reader App
Already done on CR iPads !
• Download the Destiny Quest mobile app and the Follett Digital Reader app to your iPad or Android.
• Both are FREE from the AppStore or App Marketplace.
• Destiny Quest searches your school library collection and Follett Digital Reader is a tool that opens ebooks on the FollettShelf webpage.
Now that you have both necessary apps, and you have logged into crsd.org, open the Destiny Quest app to get started.
If asked to Connect to Your Library the first time you log in,
Enter: lib.crsd.org
Next, log in with your Council Rock student ID # and password.

Search the catalog. A downloadable eBook will have the description [electronic resource]
Click on the book you want. Then click “Check Out”
Then click “Read Now”
After clicking “Read Now” the Follett Digital Reader app will automatically open. The first time it opens, you will need to log in. The FollettShelf address is: wbb#####. Your librarian knows your school’s number. Log in with your CR student ID# and password.

Your book will automatically open. You can read it online and use the tool buttons at the top to highlight, use the dictionary and take notes.
When you’re finished reading, tap the “close book” icon.
You will be asked if you want to keep the book checked out OR if you are ready to return the book early.
Tip #1
Once you’ve closed your book, you can always go back to it by opening the Follett Digital Reader app.
Tip #2To bookmark a page, simply tap the ribbon bookmark graphic on the top of the page. It will turn red.
Tip #3In the Destiny Quest app you can click on “Account” to see ALL of the books you have checked out,
Click on “Titles Checked Out” for the list.
Final Tip #4The Destiny Quest mobile app isn’t just for checking out eBooks. You can request a hold on a print book, create lists, create a bookshelf and much more.
