Spindle Motors with Increased Output Easy to Use Tooling System

High-rigidity hand scraped sl ideways are used on all axes. T h e s e s l i d e w a y s w i t h f a c e c o n t a c t s have exceptional rigidity and damping c h a r a c t e r i s t i c s , e n a b l e p o w e r f u l cutt ing, and help to prolong cutt ing tool life. The bed where major machine units such as spindles and tool sl ides a r e m o u n t e d h a s a p l a t f o r m - l i k e surface table structure. T h e u n i t m o u n t i n g f a c e s a r e n o t distorted by the effects of heat , and even if the units are subject to thermal expansion they are all displaced in the same direction (perpendicular to their mounting faces) , minimizing relat ive d e v i a t i o n s b e t w e e n t h e w o r k p i e c e and cutting tools.

The unique control system cuts non-cutting time by 27% (compared to earlier equivalent Miyano products).The result is a 13% reduction in cycle time.

The spindle 1 motor has the highest output in the BNA series. This enables powerful cutting.

T h e t u r r e t h a s 8 s t a t i o n s , b u t t h e h a l f - i n d e x i n g mechanism makes it possible to mount tools at up to 16 positions. The use of optional multiple tool holders can further increase the number of tool positions.

T h e p r o g r a m s c r e e n , o r g a n i z e d f o r e a s y r e a d i n g , c a n b e displayed in synchronization with the editing screen. This simplifies the editing of complex programs with a lot of queuing.

A l l y o u h a v e t o d o i s i n p u t t h e m a c h i n i n g l e n g t h , c h u c k i n g l e n g t h a n d s o o n , a n d t h e e s c a p e a n d a p p r o a c h p o s i t i o n s a r e automatically calculated. This is useful for collision prevention and shortening setup times.

HMI (Human Machine Interface) is adoptedG r a p h i c s d i s p l a y e d f o r e a c h i t e m a n d s c r e e n s t h a t d i s p l a y a l l t h e n e c e s s a r y i n f o r m a t i o n i n o n e p l a c e g r e a t l y i m p r o v e o p e r a t i n g convenience.

The coordinate calculation function and calculator function incorporated in the NC unit can be used for complex intersection point calculations.

P r o g r a m s f o r c a n n e d c y c l e s e t c . c a n b e c r e a t e d i n t h e conversational style.

The function displays the list of G and M codes including explanations of the arguments to support programming.
