JDK upgrade and Dev 6i patchset 18 upgrade needs to be done before we apply this patch. If we apply minimum required TXK patch 4104924 then we can avoid JDK upgrade and Developer 6i patch at this stage. Patch 9535311 is included in 11.5.10.2 maintenance pack.

X11 forwarding needs to be enabled on DB and app server before we apply this patch. This patch was not applied to IAS ORACLE HOME. We only followed workaround mentioned in resolution column.
