Shamrock Painting tackles the interior and exterior of 300,000square feet of space.

When the University of Coloradoinvested in a $63 million remodel andexpansion of their recreation center inBoulder, they called in trusted Denverpainting company Shamrock Painting.“We repainted the entire interior andexterior of the entire rec center, includingthe indoor turf gym, basketball gym, poolarea, renovated ice rink and climbinggym, as well as installed seven customgraphic murals throughout,” said GinaKoert from Shamrock Painting. The cen-ter is roughly 300,000 square feet andrequired crews working around the clock.Almost 8,400 gallons of paint were used,including Sherwin-Williams paint andTnemec high-performance coatings.Despite major challenges, including plan-ning for occupancy and massive floodingin late 2013, the team completed the pro-ject in 2014 to the tune of a very happycustomer.
