Eating disorders

An eating disorder is a mental illness that disturbs a persons diet. They can be seen as extremely small cases (Where the individual effected by the disorder, will only avoid certain foods.) until festering into bigger more life threatening issues (Where the individual doesn’t eat at all) such as death.

What is an eating disorder?

An eating disorder can be developed by the individual effected by the disorder feels a since of deep pain or guilt towards the way they look or feel.Their caused by a combination of complex factors including genetics bio chemical psychological

How an eating disorder can be developed.

Anorexia: the individual effected by this disease feels the need to restrict their food intake because they feel ashamed/embarrassed of the size, shape or weight of their body.

Anorexia

Bulimia: The individual effected feels the need to binge eat then rid the body of the food/ nutrients by forced vomiting or laxatives to speed to process of the food traveling that individuals system.

Bulimia

Binge Eating: When an individual feels empty and feels the need to fill the gap is by eating away their issues. The individuals who binge eat end up over weight. This huge weight gain can be a major risk to their overall health due to the amount of sugars and overall food in their system.

Binge Eating

A remorse for eating food.

Denying any appetite needs.

Avoiding eating in public places.

Always being cold.

Wearing baggy clothing to cover thin body.

Pain in the abdomen area.

Etc!
