On 10,000 sq.meters, the production’s space and products storage occupies 2000 sq. meters, the workshop and reserve 600 sq. meters and offices 600 sq. meters.

TheEASYCHANVRE system components are made with natural raw materials: lime, hemp shive, untreated pine wood.The drying process is natural.The production generates no pollution (air, water) or waste (recycling agricultural).

These environmentally materials come from renewable raw materials, storing CO2 (Wood and Hemp).

The transport of raw materials is automated under the control of post mixer. The assays are run by computer sensors..

The supply of the mold is made by a carpet for even distribution in the mold.

The mold is also assisted by computer-controlled. The blocks are routed out of the mold on a conveyor slats for maximum ventilation

The blocks are stored in racks with a lift system developed to avoid weakening the products.The drying process is natural and lasts for 12-20 days before palletizing.

Hemp is stored in bales outside.

Then it is poured into a silo moving floor to be carried by bucket elevator inside the factory.

It arrives by conveyor to the mixer

The lime is stored outdoors.
