Day 1: Arrival to Aguilar de Campoo.Arrival to your first hotel, a beautifully restored convent. Enjoy a walk around this timeless walled mediaeval town.

Day 2: Aguilar de Campoo - Cervera de Pisuerga. 42km / Climb: 482mPleasant first cycle along very quiet country roads visiting small villages through strik-ing landscapes.

Day 3: Cervera de Pisuerga - Potes. 57km / Climb: 478mA beautiful cycle away from Castile and into Picos de Europa offering spectacular panoramic views.

Day 4: Circular route Potes-Fuente Dé- Potes.47km / Climb: 831m23 kms from Potes and climbing a total of 800 metres will take you to the heart of Fuente Dé, where you take the incredible cable car and enjoy the most spectacular views.

Day 5: Potes - Arenas de Cabrales. 50km / Climb: 189mCycle out of the valley of Liebana and into the Valley of Cabrales along the Hermida Gap, amongst vertical limestone walls as high as 600m. Birds of prey abound!

Day 6: Route Arenas-Bulnes-Arenas.13km cycle - 6km walk / Climb: 411mA short 6,5km cycle up to the end of the road in Puente Poncebos where you can take the funicular railway to the stun-ning isolated mountain village of Bulnes.

Day 7: Arenas de Cabrales - Llanes.38km / Climb: 685mOne final day cycling as you reach the Northern coast to enjoy its wonderful white sandy beaches.
