1st Saturday. Quakertown Breakfast hosted by Ed & Kathy Benner.

Friday nights weather dropped several inches of snow which contributed to a somewhat light attendance for breakfast. The 16 attendees included our grandson with his wife and our great granddaughter. David Gills friend, Tyler also joined us. We want to thank Walt and Diane Beil for hosting the breakfast for the last 2 months during our absence. The winner of the 50/50 was Jason

3rd Saturday Shartlesville Breakfast hosted by Bill & Nancy Lingenfelter.

The weather was sunny but chilly so there were no motorcycles in the parking lot but 26 Retreads inside The Blue Mountain Restaurants enjoyed good food and fellowship. The 50/50 was won by Carl Robinson. Hopefully the weather will be nicer for riding next month. Thanks to Dick & Phyllis

4th Saturday Lancaster Breakfast hosted by Harold & Linda Robinson

Earlier in the week I was planning on a short after breakfast ride stopping at a local coffee shop. But after listening to the wind howling all night it surely did not sound very inviting to get out in the

cold this morning. So with that, Think Spring! (Oh, it is). We had 45 Retreads come out for breakfast and fellowship this morning despite the wind and cool temperature. One new Member, Pete Riepnieks who joined us for breakfast this morning. Great to see you Pete! The free breakfast was won by Ginger Emenheiser and the Four Diamonds 50/50 was won by Nick Reese. Hopefully for next month's breakfast we can get the bikes out. If you have an after breakfast ride

you would like to lead, please feel free to do so. Otherwise, if the weather permits, I will have a ride planned.

Rally Planning Meeting Our final rally planning meeting will be held Saturday May 4, 9:00 a.m. at Bird-in-Hand Inn, in the back lobby. We will need some clean cardboard boxes to pack up the welcome bags we will be filling after the meeting so if you have any please bring them. Volunteers will receive a letter reminding them of the meeting but anyone can come out to help us. Thanks – Art

Condolences Bill Neyhard’s mother, former Retread Pat Neyhard, passed away in March. Pat and her late husband Dick were Retreads from 1997 to 2006. For the past several years Pat has been joining us for our pizza socials at Island Pizza. We will miss seeing her there.
