JORGE CERVANTES, ROGER EUGENE THORN,

KRISTOPHER MICHAEL ANSTISS, BRITTNI NICOLE BROWN,

VIDAL ALMONTE-CERVANTES, ANGELICA CHAVEZ,

conspired with each other and other persons known and unknown to the grand jury to knowingly

and intentionally possess with intent to distribute and to distribute a mixture and substance

containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, in

violation ofTitle 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1).

With respect to each defendant, the amount involved in the conspiracy attributable to them

as a result of their own conduct, and the conduct of other conspirators reasonably foreseeable to

them, is 500 grams or more of a mixture and substance containing a detectable amount of

methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, in violation of Title 21, United States Code,

Section 841(b)(1)(A).

All in violation of Title 21, United Sta,tes Code, Section 846.

COUNT2

On or about October 1, 2013, in the Eastern District of Arkansas, the defendant,

ROGER EUGENE THORN,

knowingly and intentionally distributed more than 5 grams of methamphetamine (actual), a Schedule

II controlled substance, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Section 841 (a)(1) and

841(b)(1)(B).

COUNT3

On or about October 25, 2013, in the Eastern District of Arkansas, the defendant,

ROGER EUGENE THORN,

knowingly and intentionally distributed more than 50 grams of methamphetamine (actual), a

Schedule II controlled substance, in violation of Tide 21, United States Code, Section 841 (a)(1) and

841(b)(1)(A).

COUNT4

On or about December 12, 2013, in the Eastern District of Arkansas, the defendant,

ROGER EUGENE THORN,

knowingly and intentionally distributed more than 50 grams of methamphetamine (actual), a

Schedule II controlled substance, in violation of Tide 21, United States Code, Section 841(a)(1) and

841 (b)(1)(A).

COUNT5

On or about May 22, 2014, in the Eastern District of Arkansas, the defendants,

JESUS CISNEROS and JERRY WOOD,

aiding and abetting each other, knowingly and intentionally possessed with the intent to distribute

more than 50 grams of methamphetamine (actual), a Schedule II controlled substance, in violation

ofTide 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(A), and Tide 18, United States

Code, Section 2.

On or about May 23, 2014, in the Eastern District of Arkansas, the defendant,

DAVID JARROD FIELDS,

knowingly and intentionally distributed more than 50 grams of a mixture and substance containing a

detectable amount of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, in violation of Title 21,

United States Code, Section 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(B).

COUNT7

On or about June 1S, 2014, in the Eastern District of Arkansas, the defendant,

VIDAL ALMONTE-CERVANTES,

knowingly and intentionally possessed with the intent to distribute more than SO grams of

methamphetamine (actual), a Schedule II controlled substance, in violation ofTide 21,

United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(A).

COUNTS

On or about August 29, 2014, in the Eastern District of Arkansas, the defendant,

JOSEPH ALLEN FARRELL,

knowingly and intentionally possessed with the intent to distribute more than SO grams of

methamphetamine (actual), a Schedule II controlled substance, in violation of Tide 21,

United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(A).

COUNT9

On or about May 6, 2014, in the Eastern District of Arkansas, the defendant,

JOSEPH ALLEN FARRELL,

knowingly and intentionally used a communication facility, to wit: a telephone, in committing, r

causing, and facilitating conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute a controlled

On or about May 22, 2014, in the Eastern District of Arkansas, the defendant,
