Over consumption of alcohol can have massive long term effects, withyoung people being particularly vulnerable. To help young people makeinformed choices by better understanding the risks we will be organisingactivities to raise awareness of the impact that alcohol can have on healthand the potential consequences of becoming involved in risky behaviours. We are working with local high schools and colleges to deliver an educationscheme where young people themselves will help to raise levels of awarenessamongst their peers of the harmful effects of alcohol.
