The GREAT campaign was launched in 2011 to boost tourism ahead of the

Olympics. It was showing promise but struggling to reach its full potential. We changed that. We transformed

the campaign into a brand that became the UK’s no.1 promotional

tool, generated over £1.4bn in foreign investment, and won us the 2016

DBA Effectiveness Grand Prix.

TEDxLondon’s ingenuity-themed event had some breathtakingly brilliant speakers. But science isn’t always seen as exciting. We changed that. We created an identity that’s ingenious in itself. We played on the word ‘matter’ – in science, ‘stuff’; in life, ‘a topic’ – and used each letter as a piece of matter to illustrate subjects.

modern warfare. It destroys lives and damages communities. It desperately

needs attention from world leaders, but it’s an uncomfortable, frightening

topic, something that’s easier to ignore. We changed that. We created a

provocative, graphic identity that made the realities of Sexual Violence

in Conflict unavoidable.
