KRISHNA GLOBAL MARBLES AND STONES LLP (KGMS) is promoted as LLP on 24th November 2014 . The firm is setting up a Marble and Granite processing unit at Valsad, Gujarat, India with an installed capacity of 18000 MT per annum of Indian marble, 14400 MT per annum of Granite and 10284 MT of Imported marble. The project site is located in Valsad, Gujarat, India.

Mr. Bajrangbali Varma, Director at the Kargwal Group is a seasoned real-estate developer and contractor with a rich experience of over 18 years. He has a vast wealth of experience in the construction industry and commands respect from his peers, which has aided him in nurturing a broad network of associates from among industry captains. His responsibility involves overseeing the holistic working of the Group. Receipt of raw marble blocks from mines The raw marble blocks received from mines are unloaded in the gantry yard with the help of

Gantry Cranes.

Dressing of Marble Blocks:The dressing machine operator dresses the marble block from all the

sides for removal of natural defects

Block Reinforcement:Before cutting the rough Blocks into slabs in Gangsaw, it is reinforced with fibre glass net and a semi-solid

reinforcement product from Tenax SPA of Verona, Italy, is pasted on the exterior of the blocks. Four sides of the blocks are treated, and the block then cures for 24 hours. On average, it takes 30 to 60 minutes to treat an entire block, depending on its size. This particular process to done to avoid breakage of slab during sawing and further

other process.

Sawing Process:The dressed and reinforced blocks are shifted to the Gangsaw trolley as per the

size of the Gangsaw machine. The block is fixed on the trolley with a wooden wedge and a mixture of Plaster of Paris and wood wool at the suitable angle.

Net-reinforcement of marble slabs:Glass fibre net is applied on back face of the marble slabs to strengthen the slabs which are fragile and to enable safe handling and transportation. The

glass fibre net is peeled off before fixing by the customer

Grinding Process:Rough Grinding of Marble slab - After the 1st stage of epoxy filling the marble slabs are processed in the Grinding Machine and then these

processed slabs are shifted to the RESIN line for final epoxy resin treatment.

Resin Treatment:

Resin Treatment is performed with the help of Resin Line “RES 90 LUX”. This plant has a length of 64 meters and width of 10 meters. The capacity of the machine is 30 slabs per hour. This machine carries out filling of cracks present in marble slabs with a mixture of resin and hardener in a particular ratio. Excess resin on the surface is lapped off to enhance the strength and surface finish of the slab.

The machine is fully automatic, and performs the following operations in a sequential manner as per the preset time cycle:Loading of slab by a ROBOT on the Book-Matching system benchDrying in a Heating ChamberResin ApplicationVacuumization for extracting air from the cracksResin Refining applicationResin PolymerizationUnloading of Slabs by ROBOT on the Book-Matching system bench

Polishing Process:Polishing process is done with the polishing machine "LEVIBRETON Model KFG 2000/018". The machine is used for making the surface even and then polishing marble slabs for getting a smooth and shiny surface.The machine performs the following operations to achieve a smooth and glossy surface:Loading of the marble slab on a Tilting Roller conveyor by an Arm CraneFeeding the Slab to the polisher by free Roller conveyorGrinding of Slab surface by initial Grinding HeadsPolishing of the Slab by Polishing HeadsDrying of the Slab by drying unitFeeding to Tilting Roller conveyor by Motorized Roller conveyorUnloading of Slabs by Arm Crane
